We are a small import/export company. As such we have need for legal documents to be drawn up, reseller agreements, contract reviews, NDA's, website terms, etc. Trying to find good legal representation can very challenging and expensive and hurt your wallet. We finally settled on Morrissey Law wh om we've been with now for nearly 10 years. They have proven to be insightful, knowledgeable, professional, experienced, very competitively priced and painless. If unable to find an answer (for cases outside their specialty) they have advised of alternate solutions. We have also trusted them for our personal legal needs as well, rental property contracts, lease termination agreements, real estate, setting up trusts, etc. What sets the company aside is not only the personal attention they take but they don't nickel dime you should you have any quick questions, emails, phones calls etc. They take the time to try and fully understand your needs and objectives offering suggestions and advise built from years of experience and knowledge. Jeana does most of the work and has been our go-to person all these years. We very much appreciate her and the business she has built. An unexpected death left my husband and I in a real estate nightmare involving multiple properties and mutliple parties. Ms Morrissey was a belssing when she helped us understand our options for a real estate problem in Arizona. She took the time to clearly explain our problem, our options, and lead us throught the whole process which took several months to reconcile. We followed her advice and got out of the problem for much less than 1000 dollars (others wanted that just to discuss the issue, not solve it), which in this day and age, seems impossible. But what we really appreciated the most, was her kindness and her understanding. She was there when we had no other place to turn, and other lawyers just wanted our money. We just followed her advice, and everything worked out. Kind, pleasant, and intelligent, comes to mind, and I will hire her the next time also.

My husband and I did a lease to own option on a house that we were in love with. The owner expressed that she felt so good about us being the ones in the house and that's why she allowed us to do this option. We told her that we would take of the house like it was our own and that she wouldn't receiv e any calls from us about any troubles the house may have, and we did do some renovations to make the house clean. When it came down to the wire of us having to purchase the home, we had a hiccup in our credit and needed 6 more months to be able to purchase the house. She became very nasty extremely quickly and wanted the house and the equity that we put into the house, for herself. We called Greg, trying to find out if we had any options......he was so awesome at negotiating with her and talking to her in a way that everyone would win. We were able to close on our house in the nick of time. Greg was wonderful and attentive through the whole VERY STRESSFUL process with us. He was my listening ear, when I'm sure he didn't love listening to me be chatty Cathy. He was very understanding of our situation and he tried to understand hers as well. I feel he did a fantastic job at communicating with us. He was quick to respond EVERYTIME! We so much appreciated having him on our side through a really rough time in our lives.

Unfortunately, my experience with Greg Larson was not positive. While he performed his duties as an attorney adequately, his approach was very transactional and cold. When I sought advice and clarification on billing issues, Greg became almost combative, which was truly unfortunate. This demeanor mad e it difficult to communicate effectively and left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported.

I called Brett Brudvik to help me with my mother’s estate. He is a land broker and lawyer which helped with the sale of farmland. Upon two occasions he managed to find a buyer for each parcel at top market price. One parcel had to be negotiated because of a river border. He arranged the surveyor, abs tracts etc. and new agreement with the neighboring farm. His familiarity with the people, politics, and area were invaluable. His office did a wonderful job helping me with the paperwork. Most importantly, he was easy to talk to, available, and friendly. He is a credit to his profession.
