Let me start off by saying that both Bonnie and her paralegal Loni are phenomenal. They went above and beyond for me. I had gotten another lawyer who didn't do nothing and left me hanging and a week before my main court hearing I found Barreda Law and Bonnie was assigned to handle my case. I first sp oke to Loni, who took down my information and was very courteous, nice, and professional. Bonnie then reached out to me a few hours later and went over the details and game plan and after speaking with her my spirits were lifted and I got a glimpse of hope. Hope that I had lost when my other attorney abandoned me. The day of court we presented our case for the judge and I was able to modify the order of protection to be able to see & be with my 3 boys. That was my first victory. My ex wife fought against every single proposition we proposed and had to keep going to court but Bonnie and Loni were always ready with exhibits and testimonies. It was a very long fought battle but after my 3rd hearing the judge ruled in our favor to sell the house. Again using exhibits and testimony from realtors and reviews from the potential buyers. My 2nd victory. There were times where the ex wife didn't answer Bonnie or Loni for weeks when they tried to reach out to her. I can be impatient at times and I would let Bonnie know and she would reassure me that everything is fine and that she hadn't forgotten about me which again lifted my spirits. When the house was sold there was an issue that the realtor did and forgot to put the money into a trust account until we could figure out the marital debt issue. We realized this the day we were signing the title papers. Bonnie & Loni sprung into action and worked against the clock to get an order to halt the transfer of the proceeds of the home which I did. The judge again ruled in our favor to halt the transaction and have the money go into a trust account until the debt issue was addressed and in agreement. My 3rd victory. Again using exhibits and testimonies. After a lot of back and forth with the ex wife we all came into agreements on everything and at the last moment the ex wife wanted to make changes to the final agreements and back to the drawing board we went. If I wasn't sure about a request that was made by the ex wife I would ask Bonnie for her opinion to be able to get a game plan going and she would advise me on what sounded reasonable and what wasn't or what counter we can propose. I went with her suggestions and at the very end we got pretty much everything we asked for. I never once doubted both Bonnie and Loni they gave me peace of mind during my case. That's a huge thing when looking for a family court lawyer and knowing that behind the scenes there's a team working hard to get you what you want in family court. This was by far the best team, best outcome I could ask for. I am extremely lucky to have had them on my side. As of 7/10/2024 my case was closed with our team getting all the wins in court. I can't thank Bonnie and Loni enough for the work they put in to get me this final overall victory. All I know is that I have co-workers that went through the same issue as me and the outcome wasn't the same. They would ask me about Bonnie and I would tell them what she was doing and game plan and they were very impressed with the approach she was taking to ensure everything went smooth and everything was accurate. I hope I don't go through this again but if I do I am definitely coming back to Bonnie and Loni. I will be recommending her any chance I get because I know she delivers results and both her and Loni do exceptional work. If you get to work with them you will not be sorry about your decision. Once again thank you Bonnie and Loni for everything. I am beyond grateful for them.

I hired Steven W Zachary as my family attorney, and it was an absolute nightmare. To put it bluntly, he was the epitome of unprofessionalism. Not only did he fail to show up to court on multiple occasions, but he also blatantly refused to follow through with any of my requests or strategies in court. It felt like I was just throwing my money away. I paid him a hefty sum of over $6000 for his services, only to have him drop the case like a hot potato when he realized he might not win it. To make matters worse, he conveniently decided to bail on me just one week before the trial was set to begin. Talk about leaving a client high and dry! If you're looking for an attorney who lacks integrity, professionalism, and commitment to their clients, then Steven W Zachary is your guy. But if you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise you to steer clear of him. Save yourself the headache and find someone who actually cares about their clients and their cases.

And I were going through a divorce and I hired this law firm. They took a very large retainer, but never did the job correctly. They never returned. Phone calls failed to follow through on filing documents on time and then left me high and dry. Do not hire this attorney and his firm

I retained Sir. Zachary in 8/2022 all this man did was deceive me. He will definitely sell his soul for his practice. Unfortunately when you retain an attorney one believes that this person would represent them in their puriest form of moral and integrity definitely not the case when it comes to Mr. Zach it.

The Liszewski Law Group, Mr. Matthew Liszewski, helped two of my family members with divorce and parenting time issues. In both cases, false allegations, alienation and false orders of protections were involved. Mr. Liszewski was aggressive and determined to ensure that the rights of both my son an d brother-in-law were preserved. I hired Matt to represent me in a child custody hearing. He was more than helpful with a consultation initially. When things escalated, he took on my case with very short notice. She's the definition of a lazy BIA for the courts. Instead of actually investigating facts she goes off he said she said. Even with supported documentation never once actually went to investigate the other parents living situation and who they were actually staying with. She felt sympathy and fell fo r the lies the other parent was providing and hense only showing partial videos/ messages but not the full videos. She also encourages the other parent to allow the children to be disrespectful to other parent when there trying there best to be there for the children even when there is proof the parent alienated and hid the kids from the parent. The Court Appointed Advisor did a way better job investigating then this best intrest attorney and it shows Amy just needs to retire or take her job more seriously. If you do end up with the courts Appointing her to your case get a lawyer ASAP because she definitely does not do a through investigation nor is her concerns more for the children rather its sympathy for the parent that actually has the kids and abuses them/ and beats them.
