When bill collectors cross the line, Mr. Bybee know how to hold them accountable. He knows how to take the emotion out of it, and negotiate the very best settlement your circumstances merit. I was looking for an attorney to handle a debt that arose from an apartment lease agreement. The landlord was playing hardball because of a negative (but honest) review I left online. The landlord even refused to accept full payment because I insisted we sign a release. When I contacted this By bee character he sounded arrogant. I had to sell myself and my case to him even when I was willing to pay for his services. While describing the situation I mentioned the negative review I left and he interjected with "there goes any good will". There I was with my wallet open looking for representation and he did nothing but question me at every point. If you like being treated like a second class citizen this is your guy. Otherwise I'd recommend finding someone with better bedside manners.
