Leave your wallet and bank account at home if you intend on hiring him. I hired him for a simple case - he needed to admit my attorney pro hac vice and file documents timely. I did get my attorney admitted but he drug his feet on filing documents. Since he had no duty to draft the documents but only to file them you would think it would be pretty fast. Such was not the case. He spent more time documenting what he billed for than the actual legal services rendered. In short he believes that he has a right to decide what you should pay rather than according to the work at hand. Typical of an attorney who is hell bent on making sure that they bill X amount of hours to keep their cushy 6 to 7 figure income. I have worked with many other attorney's. They all have their faults but Brad Weech has been the worst. Hire him at your own financial peril. You have been warned.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough - and I'm certain that this review will not do him justice . . .but I'll try. In 2012 an individual hit me while I was at a stop, totaling my Ford F150. I suffered a concussion and several injuries which required s urgery and rehab. Through no fault of Tom's, the case dragged on for 2 1/2 years prior to reaching a settlement. The process required my deposition, mediation and an insane amount of discovery. Through it all, Tom was amazing! He and his staff treated me like family. Tom contacted me often, ensuring that I never wondered for a moment what was going on in my case or how hard he was fighting for me. Tom came to SC to defend my wife who was charged with two counts of murder....of which she is innocent. Tom did a tremendous job and after a month long trial that involved hundreds of testimonials, including intense and complex medical testimony, the jury was hung and a mistrial was declared. Tom wa s ready to return to SC again to represent Gail, but Judge James refused to grant Tom permission to represent Gail since he was not licensed in SC. Things did not go well in the next trial in part because of Tom's absence. I'm now doing all I can to have Gail set free from prison, where she is serving a life sentence for a crime that did not occur. Gail and I both feel that if Tom would of been allowed back for the retrial, she would of been found not guilty and this nightmare would of been over. Thank you Tom for all you did for Gail and myself. We will never forget you and we thank you for believing in Gails innocence. I am now putting together a team to file habeas corpus for Gail. I will never give up on having Gail set free.

My family was involved in a head-on collision that sent my pregnant wife and I to the emergency room. The other driver was completely at fault, submitted admission of fault, was cited by DPS, and witnessed by two other parties. Despite this, the driver's insurance company was evasive for several mont hs and claimed to not have my family's contact information, citing that as the reason for not taking any action to pay our escalating medical bills. This was unacceptable reaction by the insurance company and I was getting nowhere fast dealing with multiple phone calls from medical billing offices weekly. All this came at sensitive time in my family's life as we were relocating to a new state, buying a new house and welcoming our daughter into the world. Galen and his team came highly recommended and were very thorough in pursuit of accurate compensation from the other party's insurance. They were able to give my family peace of mind that medical billing offices would not be harassing us for payment or unfairly destroying our credit while the process was being sorted out. After a car accident/injury, I didn't believe I needed a lawyer to handle my case since the other driver claimed full responsibility. I was so wrong. After several months of getting the run around from the insurance company, I was referred to Galen by a friend. He explained the laws to me in great de tail, including what paperwork to expect in the mail and how long the case would take. Randal took a chance on me when no other attorney would. I had lost my case on a technicality two years prior and NOT A SINGLE attorney would handle my appeal. I forged ahead on my own with help of family and got it overturned. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, but I only had to argue that the judge did not do his job. Once it was overturned, I had to actually proved my case. I did not have the legal chops to do that, even though everything that had happened to me was wrong! I missed a hearing because I did something wrong and was not notified, and started to spiral. Again, I contacted so many attorneys for consults. This case was 5 years old, and the size of a mountain and Randal said YES! I was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by another vehicle that ran a stop sign. I was hurt badly. The company that was insuring the vehicle I was in was giving me the run around, while the insurance company of the at fault driver was completely ignoring me. I needed help fast.
