- ★★★★★A Real Defence
anonymous · criminal defense ·
I fired 3 attorneys, earlier, and another, a fourth attorney failed me when I went to court. Defending against criminal charges is not a simple task, but Jeremy Huss is highly intelligent and fully knowledgeable about a situation like mine and knew what needed to be done. It's not the cookie cutte r defence, he is not, and Mr. Huss hasn't operated in that manner. Jeremy knows what works and he has taken the action that actually delivers a needed defense in my situation. I can tell you from experience that many other attorneys actually try to dispense with an issue as simply as possible, with a plea-bargain. That is not "defence" for an innocent person. I found Jeremy because he actually works to defend me and doesn't try to, pop-pop, settle-up with the prosecutor and then hustle me out the door. I know how hard it is to find a "legitimate" attorney because I've been there, doing exactly that. I recommend Jeremy Huss, and therefore a person can go right to the top of the list, and you don't have to spend the many hours on the phone, calling for and driving to consults, like I did.
- ★★★★★Felony DUI case
Craig · dui ·
If you’re looking for a knowledgeable courteous aggressive intelligent attorney Jeremy is the attorney for you, I hired Jeremy for my felony DUI case, Never having gone through a DUI case before I was obviously emotionally distraught at the beginning Jeremy calmed my emotions by getting back to me v ia text email phone call letting me know step-by-step as to the proceedings and the possible outcomes and in the end my felony DUI was reduced to a misdemeanor. Jeremy will work with you and for you to achieve the best possible outcome I would highly recommend having Jeremy in your corner.
- ★★★★★Excellent Attorney and an Answered Prayer
Megan and Troy ·
My wife and I had an issue hanging over us so bad we couldn't sleep at night. We don't know any attorneys so we googled a few...nobody would answer. We said a prayer, found jeremy's phone number (it was his cell) and he answered in the middle of his busy morning. He immediately took a meeting that mo rning, assisted us, and even followed up the very same day. He's kind, smart, and gets the job done. Hire him. Do it. You wont' be sorry.

This is your go to guy right here! I had some questions so I sent an email and not even 5 min I was getting a call from Jeremy Huss himself! Thanks for advising me and all your help. It Was a pleasure talking with you Jeremy. :)

Posted by John January 9, 2019 Jeremy is the best attorney I have come across. He is always very professional and helpful. No question is ever left unanswered and he will always take the time to explain all options to you. I am so thankful that I consulted with him on a case. Some legal language is always confusing and Jeremy took the time to return my calls in a timely manner to explain things. I am so very thankful for the opportunity to have worked with Jeremy. I will not hesitate to reach out to him if I ever need an attorney again. I will refer anyone in need of a good professional and reliable attorney to Jeremy.

I met Kyle in August 2020 while accompanying my son at a court meeting. Kyle was able to get him reinstated into a court appointed 10 week Diversion Program. During this time Kyle kept in constant contact with us and at the end the case was dismissed. Kyle was very caring, supportive, and interes ted in following up with is during this trying time.
- ★★★★★Minus 5 stars He'll do nothing for you. He's treats cases like a Rodeo Clown.
Consiglio · criminal defense ·
I got stuck with this scheister lawyer when I filed a motion for a change of counsel and was met with consent verbal condescending, chastising abuse during our calls. He said, the reason you got me was because, you had issues with other attorneys. My other court appointed attorneys screwed me over by not getting my phone where I had evidence to clear my charges and circumvent me to take a plea. When I realize it would ruin my life, she would not undo the plea which I found too late I could have. Another Lawyer, dumped me off on her investigator who told me the system was not fair. That women got away with ruining your life. How they lost a really strong case. If I did not trust them, to get another team. He says, obvious they did and they withdrew and I got appointed." No, I motion the courts three weeks before my previous attorney withdrew and had to remind her to withdraw from my case. Kyle patronizes me saying, I have been doing post-conviction relief for eight years, nine years, something like that.' You are the first client to call me to know about your case two days after I gotten it. "This is not my first rodeo." So, my case is like a circus or a rodeo to him. When I ask questions about my charges he said, “If you have a problem with the classifications an offense, take it up with legislator. Don't take it up with me.” I get ridiculed for calling him first. He had my case for a month and he did nothing. I motion the court again and was denied and stuck with him. My previous team had an investigator who were going to look into other angles for my case. He refused to get one. I had a free consultation from another attorney which I could not afford who told me all my lawyers were giving me in effective council and all Kyle did was read the report and replied he saw nothing wrong. However, he said, if I did not sign a plea, you would have won at trial. Kyle put in no effort in my case and was vindictive not to withdraw and the courts made me stay with him I was not able to represent myself. I am glad I am the second person in a month who has submitted a negative review on Kyle Green and others will come forward.
- ★★★★★Kyle saved me from serving jail time
Payton · criminal defense ·
Kyle was fantastic when I faced an aggravated assault charge. As this was my first time in any kind of legal trouble, I had SO MANY questions, misconceptions, and worries. Kyle was patient and thorough in answering my questions and explaining things succinctly and clearly. He was also very honest and realistic in regards to possible case outcome, which I greatly appreciated. I was also very impressed with how organized and prepared he was at all times. Kyle was able to get me an excellent plea involving no jail time - the absolute best possible outcome given the circumstances. In addition, his rates are incredibly reasonable. I recommend Kyle to absolutely everyone. I have, in fact, twice recommended him to strangers I have happened to overhear at the grocery store.

- ★★★★★ZERO STARS- The WORST thing you can do for your case is hire Kyle Green
anonymous · family law ·
I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know what information is relevant, what needs to be substantiated with evidence, or how I’m allowed to communicate in a courtroom under these pretenses. That’s why I hired an attorney. I was assaulted by a man who lied to me about his identity. His true identity reveale d that he is the author of a book that advocates for the assault of women. Obviously had I known that, I never would have gone out with him. There was an extreme amount of manipulation that followed the assault. The incident culminated with an altercation at my gym that prompted me to file a restraining order, which I was granted. I hired Kyle when the order was challenged. I filed a case against this man with the local police. What I had to say was compelling enough that an undercover detective showed up to the hearing. I got a delayed start to working with Kyle because his team couldn't even be bothered to ensure they put the correct name on the contract. Virtually no information was requested of me prior to the hearing. When asked about text communication I did tell him there wasn't much- my communication with my abuser was months ago and I didn't remember the full extent of our conversation. A prepared attorney would have asked to see the texts anyway- the burden of proof is on the filer and he had literally nothing else to do to prepare. When we got to the courtroom I noticed my witness wasn’t there, so I called him. He explained that Kyle told him he was going to confirm with him and that that didn't happen. Regardless of who’s error it was, I asked if he needed to come and Kyle said no. The hearing started very late and he lives right next to the courthouse and could have made it if I had insisted. I would have insisted had I known that I wouldn't be able to reference anything that happened at the gym that day without his testimony. I don’t understand why Kyle wouldn’t have communicated this to me knowing the impact it would have on my ability to address any part of that very scary event. The fact that my abuser lied to me about his identity is far from irrelevant. Mesa PD are the ones who informed me of this- I had no idea that I would need to provide a witness from Mesa PD about how I arrived at this information. The judge did not allow me to say a single word about this. This is procedural information Kyle would have known as an attorney. I failed to meet my burden of proof- or rather KYLE did. He failed to do his due diligence and look at the texts. He failed to connect with the witness, and failed to advise me appropriately when asked about whether the witness needed to come. He failed to provide evidence regarding the information I was given by the police on the true identity of my abuser, or to advise me appropriately The worst thing happened- the protective order was dropped. Had I been doing this on my own without Kyle’s council I would have taken the due diligence to research what was required of me and I would have shown up more prepared than I did with him by my side. I seriously doubt a detective would have been in that room on my behalf had my account really been that unreliable or outlandish. The outcome of that hearing obliterated any chance I'll ever have of justice for the sodomy I endured. It got much worse though, my abuser requested attorney fees and they were granted. Kyle decided it wasn’t important to communicate with me as his client before he challenged the order. I’m angry that he sent off the objection without so much as asking me about it or having me review the letter. Had he taken a single moment to talk to me, he would have known that I spent most of last year on unemployment, as I was forced to restructure my business. He completely failed to represent my interests, as he took zero time to understand

- ★★★★★Super Extreme DUI - Dismissed
Adam · dui ·
I was charged with a super extreme DUI. With AZ having one of the harshest penalties in the US and considering I was facing jail time and a very large fine, I contacted Mark regarding my situation. He handled my case ethically and professionally. I appreciate he never once sugar coated anything and w as very up front about all aspects of my case. A real straight shooter. My situation was unique but the bottom line is he represented me very well and my case was ultimately dismissed.
- ★★★★★BAC .296 DUI Dismissed
Jesse · dui ·
Mark and his staff did a wonderful job of not only ensuring me of an amicable outcome to my case should the worst case scenario arise... but eventually they were able to present me with the best possible outcome I could have hoped for - dismissal. I was up against a super-extreme DUI and looking a t some jail time together with a whole lot of my personal freedom and a whole lot of my money gone; I had prepared to pay for my mistakes. Mark and his staff, although distant at times, were obviously just busy working hard for their clients. I spoke to them only when necessary which made me feel nervous and in the dark at times but now I see that's to be expected with your future in limbo and at the mercy of persons, mostly unknown. It took time to convince myself the case was no longer in my hand's and that I had to put my trust in Mark and let everything unfold. Mark and his staff worked diligently to provide me with the best possible defense and at the end of the day I walked away from the whole situation without my license for three months - that's my punishment. I also payed a lawyer fee which I would have paid twice over had I known what I know now. I would highly recommend Mark and his staff. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in the area facing a DUI or in need of other criminal defense. Put your trust in Mark - he's an expert and a professional. Thanks again for all your help Mark.
- ★★★★★Assault and Disorderly Conduct charges dropped!
Anthony · criminal defense ·
I was facing assault and disorderly conduct charges and could not face having these charges on my record. I found Mark while searching online for reputable lawyers in Tempe. I was very happy to have Mark Weingart as my attorney. I felt better the minute I sat down with him. After a few months of inte rviews, he fought to have my assault charged dropped completely and negotiated to have my disorderly conduct charged dropped after a diversion course. I was very happy with the outcome and would recommend Mark to anyone. Hopefully I never have to be in this situation again, but now I know who to call.

Mark is very professional. The law should be black and white. When there is something in the gray area, Mark is very prepared. He recited previous cases to the judge in which I was acquitted.

I would like to think Erin for her hard work and diligence. She never gave up fighting for us and was truly a blessing. Sometimes you have to worry that if you pay an attorney, it may be a waste of money, but I can speak from our situation and absolutely say that was not the case with her! Something that we thought was going to be terrible and impossible to overcome, she was able to almost completely erase the situation. The outcome we got from her was more than we ever expected and a miracle if I’m being honest. Thank you again!

Erin became my attorney after being arrested for Simple Battery. Initially we were presented with a TPO Hearing where she outstandingly provided a defense counsel that would eventually have the TPO dismissed. During a long process of criminal proceedings Erin would continue to work my case diligent ly to finally have the case dismissed. Her dedication to finalize this outcome will forever remain grateful with me and my family. I am happy to have met Erin; a kind and knowledgeable woman who cares about her clients. Thank you again Erin.
- ★★★★★A lawyer that cares.
anonymous · government law ·
I called and messaged 5 attorney with what looked to be a simple mistake with the Georgia DDS. Many did not respond, others said for me to try it myself and call if I needed services. Attorney Dohnalek called, got some information from me and a couple days later she was calling explaining they had an error and it was all resolved. This was verified by logging online. If you've ever dealt with the DDS you can't just call your local office but you get Atlanta amd a run around and if it's in their system there's not much you can do to get them to assist. I am more than thankful that Ms. Dohnalek was there to help me and so gracious in doing so. I recommend her over any lawyer in Georgia. You can pay an insane amount of money for someone to go through the motions having no benefit whether you win or lose. Or you can contact Ms. Dohnalek and get help from someone who cares! Thank you Erin!

From the first phone call I knew I was in good hands. The onboarding and execution went as seamless and frictionless as I could have expected. Vicki was the lawyer I choose to handle my case. She came with a wealth of patience and was very firm and believed in the decisions I needed to make to get a mutually agreeable outcome for my case. My experience has been full white glove with the occasional input/task on my part being out of state. If I was in state I feel they would have handled 100% of everything. Being out of state required .05% effort on my part. If you are in-state or out of state they will work hard for you and will always keep you updated on your case. They work around your schedule the absolute best they can. It is a Win/Win approach with them. I recommend giving them your case. Hope this helps anyone who was in the position I was in make an informed decision and feel more comfortable with the decision from day 1. DUIs don't have to be complicated with great legal team behind you.

I ask a lot of questions, Vicki answered them all. She was honest with me and straight forward about what was and wasn't possible. She didn't promise things she couldn't deliver, so when things came to a completion, we got the things we asked for. While I hope I never need her again, if I did, I would come to her first.

Vicki is wonderful. She is very patient, kind, informative and helpful. Never needing a lawyer before, I was not sure what kind of service I would receive. I hope I never need her services again but will reach out to her if I do or will recommend her to anyone who needs one.

I am very pleased that I went with Vicki Lopez for my felony DUI case. She was able to bring down my aggravated misdemeanor plea down to a standard misdemeanor without having to go to trial. She and her team were quick to respond to my calls/emails whenever I had questions which was nice due to this being a stressful time. On a personal level she was able to work with me and calm me down when I was a nervous wreck due to this being my first experience with the justice system. I would definitely suggest that anyone with a DUI case work with her. -Daniel C.
- ★★★★★Criminal Ticket for Littering Dismissed
Bobbie Wilkening · criminal defense ·
Karl Mueller is definitely the guy you want to hire as your attorney. I got a ticket for littering. Throwing an unlit cigarette butt on the road. Turns out this is a criminal offense with possible fine, community service, and jail time, plus stays on your record as a crime forever. I had talked in le ngth with a different attorney who told me this was no big deal, it would be fine, and they should be able to get it reduced. I called Karl and chose him because he truly cared about this going on my record, the specifics of my case, and the things important to me, ( I am 50 years old with a clean record). He did not promise anything, he was honest, LOTS of experience, use to be a prosecutor, has a relationship with the courts, knows the judge and what can potentially work best for me. We spoke on the phone a few times and I trusted him with my case. The day before court he called me to say my case was completely dismissed. WOW!!! He really does work behind the scene. This was not luck, or just simple, that's not me. I choose my attorney wisely and he did his best for me as I believed he would. If you are reading this call him!!!! He answers his phone and returns calls. Best call you will make!!! If you smoke put a water bottle in your car for butts! THANKS KARL!!!
- ★★★★★Reckless Driving Acquittal
anonymous · criminal defense ·
I felt that Mr. Mueller faced a particularly strong arguments against the defendant in this case. Factors such as improperly restrained toddler, admitted criminal speed (twice the legal limit), high performance vehicle, etc. made defending this Reckless Driving charge in a jury trial very challenging . Additionally, I felt that the prosecutor presented excellent arguments for conviction of the defendant. In his closing arguments for the defense, Mr. Mueller expertly dismantled the rationales put forth by the prosecution resulting in a not guilty verdict.
- ★★★★★Excellent Response and Follow-up
Mark · criminal defense ·
Mr. Mueller assisted my teenage daughter with a difficult traffic ticket. He was able to thoroughly explain the possible outcomes and with his familiarity with the court was able to discuss a plea deal and explain the ramifications. He was very responsive any time that we had a question and always fo llowed up on everything he said he would do. Although he could not guaranty a particular outcome, with his assistance we were able to make a deal that was acceptable to us and the court. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mueller for all of your needs.
- ★★★★★Top Notch and professional

Honest, simple, direct and to the point. I called him for a consultation and thought for sure I had to hire a lawyer. He advised me how to take care of my problem myself and that did not need a lawyer. However, he still took the time to explain to me what I need to do. If I ever need an attorney in the future I will definately give Karl a call.
- ★★★★★From Criminal Speeding to Civil Traffic
anonymous · criminal defense ·
First, I really appreciate what Mr. Muller has done to my case. At first, I was received a ticket for Criminal Speeding. And that time I did not realize the seriousness of it and plead guilty immediately. However, then I know Criminal Speeding would leave a criminal record and I ask Mr. Muller to dea l with my case. He first helped me to withdraw the "plead guilty" and appeal again. Although the process lasted a long time, the result is satisfactory. I quite recommend Mr. Muller to deal with the traffic case.
