I needed to do a will and powers of attorney after my divorce. I found Mr. Udall to be extremely patient with my many questions, issues, and taking the effort to understand my personal situation and concerns. He took his valuable time with me, and never gave me the impression that I was on a fast- ticking time clock. He was prompt on returning my calls and provided all completed paperwork on the exact date he had arranged with me. Was blunt, unhelpful and cut me off during the final part of the very brief couple minute initial discussion we had, clearly seeing me as a waste of his time, and said "I've got to run", in the middle of me speaking. Couldn't allow for any final professional closure of our conversation and had to int erject with I've got to go. Not very cordial or professional way to deal with a potential client. I felt like I was a waste of his time from the moment I started speaking to him. He never seemed to want to take the time to understand what was going on from the very beginning. Would not recommend his services based on my first impression.

My mother died without a will. I researched lawyers, particularly looking for one that only handled estate issues and one that offered free consultations. One of the consultations was with Ryan Hodges. He took time to explain the probate process to me in terms I could understand , explained the pros and cons of opening probate, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I hired Mr. Hodges, and he was fantastic to work with. He handled his part of the probate promptly and thoroughly, and he walked me through the completion of each of my duties. He followed up regularly, quickly responded to my inquiries, and everything was taken care of in the exact manner he described to me in the initial consultation. I don’t live in the same part of the State where Mr. Hodges is located, but he was perfectly willing to largely handle matters by phone and email. I would highly recommended Mr. Hodges to anyone facing a probate issue.
