Words cannot express how positive my experience with Mr. Robert Jarvis was. I had never been faced with an unfortunate situation where I had to hire a lawyer. In 2018, I was falsely charged with a crime. My reputation and my career as a physician were at stake. Unfortunately, my case was initially handled by another reputable law firm in Arizona. After my case was set for trial and because I was not satisfied with my previous counsel, I was referred to Mr. Bartz by a renowned expert witness who has been involved in several complicated DV cases in Arizona. After days of research on law firms in the valley that specialize in gun rights I contacted the Heath law firm to help me restore my 2nd amendment rights after a mistake I made almost 30 years previous earned me a class 3 felony on my record. Paula was very helpful and kept me updated on the process . They were very patient with me while I collected character letters to add to my petition and it was a very easy process overall. I received the news this morning 10/4/23 that my motion was granted and I am free of the prohibition that has followed me since 1996. I recently moved to AZ from CA, and I was pulled over (speeding), and the cop that pulled me over told me I was lucky he wasn’t going to arrest me, because I was going (what he said) was 20 miles over the posted speed limit as well as in a school zone. I was completely shocked, since this was my ver y first time being pulled over in the 20+ years I’ve been driving. The cop told me that I will need to go have my fingers printed and get my pictures taken. This whole situation was eased when I reached out to Mark and his team.
