  • ★★★★★Knowledgable and responsive

    Zarif · immigration ·

I've had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Wiesinger for my asylum case. Albeit our case is still pending, I wanted to take a brief moment to point out how pleased I am with his responsiveness and knowledge of the immigration law. Having said that, he is never afraid to admit if he doesn't know something, w hich, to me, is a a sign of confidence. Approachable and candid, Ben is most certainly a lawyer I would endorse for any sophisticated immigration case.

  • ★★★★★Benjamin is a great lawyer

    Tong · immigration ·

I hired Benjamin for my Asylum case. Throughout my application process, Benjamin has been more than just my asylum lawyer, but a friend whose guidance and reassurance made my long wait during my asylum process a little less stressful. His knowledge of law is incredible. Won’t hesitate to recommend a nyone to hire Benjamin.

  • ★★★★Professional Misconduct review

    anonymous · legal ethics ·

To read that Mr. Wiesinger has had professional misconduct seems to correlate with the experience I have had with him. From our first filing he didn’t even have my A# correct on the documents he filed. He talked about all the things he could do in my case but didn’t accomplish one. Always emailed trying to get more business (money) out of me and my family. I will contact the state to see if I can file something similar in regards to his professional misconduct and to go over paperwork he has filed for me. I believe he promises things to clients when he knows well enough it is something they want to hear when in fact he cannot achieve anything.
