I hired Mr. Schiffman and his law firm to help me get the benefits that I was awarded, but the insurance company/carrier was dragging their feet on paying out. Matt Fendon Law Group came Highly recommended from a well known attorney friend of mine from Chicago, Patricia C. Bobb. They did not disappoint,! They know the Law and did everything to stand up for me in my Workers Comp claim and Social Security Disability cases. Excellent support staff from top to bottom, Deligent, Honest and Overall excellent communication with all Staff. When the Adjuster fought us on specific things like not Authorizing more Physical Therapy for my Workers comp claim they Immediatly submitted a request for a hearing on the matter to the Industrial Commision of Arizona and was approved and resolved in my favor without a hearing. If you are reading these reviews looking for a good workers comp attorney you found the BEST one right here. If you are lucky enough to have Matt accept your case your worries are over. Matt and his staff will handle everything from beginning to end. I started out with a different law firm and had nothing but problems. Then I went and met with Matt and from the day he accepted my case he and his staff handled everything and I never had another problem. Matt and his team met every expectation i had and then some. The insurance company did everything in their power to try and screw me over but Matt didnt let that happen. He made sure I got to any Doctors, consultants,etc necessary to counter the ridiculous claims they were trying to make. Hiring Mat t took me from being in a position where I could have potentially ended up with $0.00 and managed to settle my case for a dollar value riiiight around what I expected from the get go. If you are dealing with a work comp case, DO NOT WAIT!!! Insurance companies will try and flip anything you say to their advantage. You definitely want somebody in your corner as soon as possible, to help understand the dos and donts of the process.

I don't think there's enough admiration or respect I could put into words to express just how thankful I am for Mr. Weekly.... Being injured on the job is never easy, but when the workers comp insurance company decides that your mental and physical health hold no importance, and you are left mentally and physically broken, but told you can return to work, well that would leave anyone shaken... 18.5 years as a Correctional Officer, just to be left broken because of my career.... Mr. Weekly has gotten me the medical care I should have been afforded in the begin. Mr. Weekly is a very educated lawyer, and ranked highly amongst his peers. He shows empathy and compassion for his clients, but keeps it realistic. He is a hard working, dedicated, capable lawyer. I never envisioned myself giving a review of a law firm. One hears so much negative rhetoric about lawyers. I won’t speak of the law community in general but I will say that I found excellent representation through this law firm and Mr. Weekley in particular. He was very responsive to my questions an d addressing my concerns and he made me a component part of the process from beginning to end. He was very approachable and was able to break down every part of the process in such a way that a layman can understand.
