This lawyer was never on time for my appointments, charged me for a call just for me to get their address, was very rude when I communicated him I wasn't going to continue needing his services, I never felt he was getting anything done but yet kept all of my money, laughed sarcastically at me asking me who I was going to hire next and didn't apologize when I told him he was been very rude and un-profecional. I would definitely never hire him again nor refer to anyone.

Here is some good news for those who are thinking about filing for bankruptcy. At first, considering a bankruptcy was a depressing experience. Finding an attorney that you could trust to provide you the best advice was not easy. Getting experienced and knowledgeable legal advice was a "lifesaver" during this process. I found this attorney when I was researching filing bankruptcy. I sent a request for more info and he emailed and called me back immediately. I met him in person in the Chandler location and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also like that his wife does taxes and shares the same office. She wa s able to answer any tax questions. My attorney was great through the whole process. They met with me anytime I needed and would respond to my emails promptly. This lawyer dropped the ball on my bankruptcy. He claimed that he never received information I had emailed. I even had proof of the emails sent and read receipts. I had provided him with everything he needed. I would wait for responses and would have to call and email several times. Finally, time ran out and the case was dismissed by the judge all because of this lawyers laziness. Then, he said I'd have to pay all over again! Thousands down the tubes for a woman having to file bankruptcy due to covid and loss of work. Gee thanks.

Came to him one year ago, sept 2014 to help me with my case. My ex got a shark lawyer and took my kids away from me, lied about my income to the courts and my child support payments are WAY higher than they should be. So I hired Jeff to get better custody of my kids and lower my child support. I t is a YEAR later, Ive paid him thousands of dollars, nothing has changed with custody or child support! I hired Mr. Biddle for my bankruptcy and he was amazing. Not only was he extremely responsive but, even after my bankruptcy was over, he still helped me with my requests for information when I was getting ready to buy a house. My title company told me they had to "order" information about my mortga ge and title but Mr. Biddle looked it up online, and emailed me my discharge papers and the information about my mortgage and title that the title company said would take over a week to receive. He really is a great lawyer and put me at ease both before, during and after my bankruptcy. I can't recommend Mr. Biddle enough.

Ive known Jeff for some time and he has helped alot of my friends and customers that were suffering financial hardships.
