Michelle represented me during my divorce and custody battle. She has a lot of experience, is very well informed, and has a vast knowledge of the laws. She is able to provide realistic views on what works and what does not work in court. Michelle is NOT a greedy attorney, who likes to run the bills up. She is practicing Family Law, because that is her passion and its what she enjoys doing. Michelle does not work the normal Lawyers hours. I know she worked after hours, and on holidays regarding my case. She also have a great support staff and in my opinion one of the best paralegals in North American (Greg). I wish I could provide specifics of my case, but my Ex wife's attorney, who claims to be a Certified Family Law Specialist, and has listing on this website. Would get very upset, because it would make him look very unprofessional. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who needs representation.

It is with pleasure that I review the expertise and service I received from working with Dan Zanon. I hired Dan to step in quickly and fix a fairly large mistake made by a prior attorney. Right from the first communication he offered his weekend time to connect and see whether he could help me wit h my legal issues. He asked great questions, and more importantly, he listened to what I said. Dan immediately made me feel comfortable because his promise to serve my best interests was authentic and each action he took proved it. He did exactly what he said he would do...promises kept. Additionally as a single mother of two teenagers and making a very meager income, Dan was extremely thoughtful in how he billed his time in order to stretch my dollars as far as possible. The amount of uncharged hours is unknown to me but most certainly there were many. I strongly recommend Dan Zanon as a specialist in family law, keeping his promises, and exceeding expectations.

When I first went to Dan I was definitely behind the eight ball as far as a lengthy time away from my children and lapses in judgment on my part, I had no idea where to even begin to attempt reunification and mend not only my relationship with my kids but with my ex husband as well in order to move f orward amicably. I foolishly attempted to do it myself with a document preparer but quickly found out that it was the wrong rout to go and not nearly sufficient, especially in the case of court appearances. Having Dan by my side not only empowered me but it also mitigated any potential in/out of court disagreements with my ex that could have potentially hurt my case. Please don't try to do it yourself, invest in a thorough, knowledgeable attorney it will be worth it in the end. Cheap attorney's are not good and good attorneys are not cheap, but in the long run it will be beneficial.

Our society is so quick to dish out the negative but will never review on the good. I always try to focus on giving good reviews for that reason or trying to find the positive in situations. But I could not here. I hired Rebecca Browning and never once felt she was on my team. We met only once at the beginning when I first hired her. After that there was no game plan and no follow up after court appearances. I would call/ email her seeking advice or had a few questions and would never hear back from her. When she did finally respond weeks/month later, there was never an apology or a reason for such a delay in response. I was told VERY late about a court appearance, and feel that she forgot completely about one of the other court dates. I truly feel like she stole my money and never once worked on my case. She messed with someone's life with her neglect and failure.

I hired Rebecca to help me and my family. She wasted a ton of time and money, she acted very unprofessionally and we lost. She didn’t file things on time and then made excuses. I felt like she was not organized and it really hurt my case.

My family lost money w/ this worthless twit! She promised all kinds of hope and then over-billed us, claiming that it was firm policy. We saw no results! It also appears that she’s a personal wreck.

I worked with Rebecca in regards to my child support and custody hearing. She failed to file any paperwork I gave her, was near impossible to contact, gave little to no legal advice and failed to prove anything in court. I lost custody of my son, and I am paying a large sum of money in child supp ort. She couldn’t even manage to deliver an argument to impute income on my ex.

I had used Mr Viles’ services in weathering two cycles of divorce actions with a now ex-spouse. I found it easy to develop a good, open rapport with Mr Viles. He provided calm, objective perspectives for highly emotional situations, which helped me to reconsider my viewpoints, learning a few things in the process. His focus was on doing the right thing to reach reasonable and equitable accommodations, but at the same time, not to agree with unreasonable demands the from opposing parties. He is quite knowledgeable on the different aspects of going through a divorce, and if not, he finds the appropriate resource to confirm or re-assure his position and perspective. He kept me informed of where things were at all times, which I very much appreciated. You do have to listen to your attorney though. Mr Viles provided good advice in handling certain situations with my ex-spouse that I ignored and subsequently suffered the consequences. In the end, we ended up with what I wanted all along. I was quite satisfied with his services and highly recommend Mr Viles.

Jim Viles is the Lawyer you want and need. I don’t go to a lawyer for therapy, I go for legal advice. After dealing with an X-wife that has hauled me into mediation and court over and over for more than 5 years. Each and every time I need a lawyer, Jim and team have been there for me. When I am mad, he will listen and then bring everything back to reality. His calm demeanor, knowledge of the Judges, and awareness of how everything works is amazing. Kelly was great. Our case was not terribly difficult, but it was going to be emotional and she knew that from the very first time that I spoke with her. She helped me understand the steps that we would be taking and the steps that the other party would be taking. She prepared me for what if scenario s and that is extremely helpful when dealing with family/custody/child support cases. She as well as her paralegal were quick with their response times (phone and email).
