- ★★★★★Honest and a blessing
Roxanne · litigation ·
Mr. Jacobo is an amazing attorney. He took on my case with confidence, putting me at ease. His knowledge and experience in this field; along with his remarkable reputation will get you the fair and honest results when facing the system. I consider him a blessing.
- ★★★★★Horrible experience with this man. I would rather not be represented by anyone over taking him as my attorney
Mike · criminal defense ·
I attained Manny Jacobo through Chandler Municipal Court for 2 misdemeanor cases. A week prior to my pre-trial conference I reached out to his office and let them know I was calling to see if there was anything Mr. Jacobo needed from me prior to my court date. Mr. Jacobo called me back later that aft ernoon on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024. I asked if he would like me to come to his office to go over anything prior to my court date. Mr. Jacobo told me no and he will just talk to me on my court date. I asked if there was a way to go over the discovery the prosecutor sent because there are a lot things I have questions about. He said he will have plenty of time to discuss everything I have questions about prior to my hearing that was at 8:30 AM. I then asked if there was an option for me to obtain the discovery the prosecutor has if I went to the court house since he doesn't want to meet with me prior to my court date. He told me I'm, "Just asking him the same question twice hoping to get a different answer from him." He went on to tell me he has a lot of different clients and he meets with them all on their court date and it would be unfair to his other clients he's representing to meet with me prior to my court date because he gives everyone the same amount of time. I was taken back by that because typically a defense attorney doesn't have a problem with meeting their clients especially to go over their case. I let him know I was just very confused on the entire case because I haven't been explained really anything because the prosecutor told me I needed to speak with my attorney (Mr. Jacobo) with any questions. He then began to belittle me by saying, "I'm perplexed you don't know much about your case. You were there when you had police contact weren't you?" I told him I was there, but the officers didn't do a lot of explaining to me and didn't get a print out of my charges when I went to Chandler Municipal Court for my first appearance. He responded snarky saying, "Nobody writes down charges on paper and gives it to you at courts anymore - That's old school." Well I wasn't aware of this because I'M NOT A LAWYER. After 5 minutes on the phone with Mr. Jacobo and being the recipient of his passive aggressive and just plain rude behavior I finally asked if this was a good time to speak with him. I thought surely something has to be off for an attorney to be so rude and condescending towards a client. I asked if he was alright and if he was having a long day (I was genuinely asking). That question sent him over the edge and he response by calling me "BRO" and telling me not to focus on his day and to just focus on my day. So after 7-10 minutes with Mr. Jacoby over the phone where he was rude, facetious, lacked any compassion for me just trying to figure out the process of court, and calling me "BRO" I ended the call. I went to open court the following day at Chandler Municipal Court and the judge took Mr. Jacobo off my case and allowed a new attorney to represent me. From what I have been told, judges do not typically do this unless there is a very good reason. I suppose I was "lucky" enough to have a good reason. I'd rather show up to court without a lawyer over letting Mr. Jacobo represent me. I don't know if he was just having a bad day or if this is his normal behavior, but I don't want anything to do with this man.
- ★★★★★Don't waste your time!
anonymous · criminal defense ·
We hired this attorney for a simple case and were charged an unbelievable amount of money that he required up front, however never being in trouble with the law we paid the amount due to his implied legal skill, suppose that reputation experience and the fact that he was a former judge and new the la ws and people. This end result after many months was a very weak plea agreement that was not in our favor and we we're very disappointed with his service. We would have gotten better representation out of a public defender.

Dave Roer helped me during a prefile case. I was scared my future would be tainted by criminal charges and I am thankful he helped me because charges were never brought. Besides serving as a judge on the criminal bench (in the past) or litigating criminal AND civil trials, Mr. Roer knows how to wor k with law enforcement if the case is in the investigation stage. My future is bright again and I owe him tremendously for that. Only 1 in a million lawyers could have did what he did for me.
- ★★★★★Not Guilty

NOT GUILTY I went to Mr Roers Office for a free consultation. He told me a range of results for my case. I talked to another lawyer but decided to go with attorney Roer. He went to court for me every time. He did his homework & interviewed the cops. He was able to get my charges dismissed.
- ★★★★★Highly Recomend David Roer
anonymous · litigation ·
I HIGHLY recommend David Roer. Not only did he win our case but he has to be the best attorney in the State of Arizona. He took our case very seriously. I was not expecting such a positive experience. He was in constant communication with us. He did most of the investigating himself. Double checked a ll aspects of our case including all witnesses. He left no stone uncovered. In fact, don't waste your time calling anyone else. If anyone is going to win your case, this man is going to do it.

I was very discouraged after meeting with my lawyer for the 2nd or 3rd time. She introduced herself to me again, and asked me questions we had previuosly gone over as if we had never met. I was so confused, It felt like she really didn't care what I was saying.Needless to say, I wasn't confident goin g forward with her. I understand she meets many people and has a lot of cases ,but this is SUCH a traumatic situation for me. Knowing I was of that little importance didn't give me any confidence that she would put in the effort to really help me. I also called and emailed multiple times prior to my court dates to get an idea of what I should expect going into court to calm my nerves a bit. I never received anything back. I struggle being in front of groups of people and going to court is anxiety x100 . All I can say is I was really upset over the entire situation and scared to put my future in her hands. This was a year ago, and I'm still struggling with her blatant disregard for my case I feel it was because she was my public defender appointed by the court's, and I didn't pay to retain her...it's just not okay in my eyes.

Ursula did the impossible for my son. My daughter was killed in a car accident and she was able to get him released for the funeral. She went above and beyond for my family. I could not have laid my daughter to rest without my son, my only child now. I will forever be grateful to Ursula for what she did for us. She has so much compassion and maintains a level of professionalism that blows all the rest out of the water by far. thank you so much .
- ★★★★★Terrible!!!
Karly · litigation ·
Extremely unprofessional... from the beginning, I had a feeling she did not have my husband's best interest at heart. She showed up late to the hearing without a phone call or email. When she rushed in, she had no idea who her "client" was, mistook him for someone completely different, different name , different citation. Because of her disorganized nature, she went into the hearing not fighting for the best interest of my husband, therefore making him settle for the worst. This happened a couple years ago, and is STILL a major heartache and burden on our family until October of this year, God willing. Over charged for zero defense.

- ★★★★★Unethical, Very Slow, and Unnecessarily Dilatory
anonymous · criminal defense ·
Mr. Brown did not properly or ethically handle my Rule 32.1, Petition for Post-Conviction Relief. Mr. Brown took 9 long dilatory months to file my Petition for Post-Conviction Relief and failed to file a Reply to the Prosecutor’s false statements in the states response. In fact, Mr. Brown failed to f ile any reply at all. Falling well below the ethical norms of what is expected of an attorney when accepting a case that deals with a person’s most valuable asset their very “Freedom.” Mr. Brown had everything he needed to file the Petition, because he received it from my Appellate Attorney within days of his tenor on my case. I sent Mr. Brown detailed instructions of what needed to be include in the Petition within a week of Mr. Brown accepting the case. Mr. Brown tried to get me to lose some of these issues that needed to be included in my Petition by arguing with me that they were not necessary “which is false” because if you don’t use them you lose them in other petitions, and continued to delay the process by ignoring my phone calls and requesting for extensions from the Court by falsely stating to the Court that he needed a certain transcript that; 1. he already had and 2. didn't have anything to do with my Petition or with what needed to be filed. Mr. Brown finally agreed to file the Petition with what I requested because it was proper, but only after my wife called him almost every day for over a month. Mr. Brown also tried to get me to sign a petition without the issues that needed to be kept in play during the process, by sending me an incomplete Petition, because if you don’t include them in your rule 32 they will be lost forever. After the Prosecutor filed his response, Mr. Brown did not send me a copy of it until it was to late to file the mandatory reply. Mr. Brown did not file any reply to the states response at all, and everything the prosecutor stated in his response “even though it was false” was considered by the judge as if it were true, due to Mr. Browns Failure to reply to the Prosecutors Response. The Judge stated that her ruling was based in part because Mr. Brown failed to file a reply to the states response. Mr. Brown issued his final statement falsely claiming that there we no other issues to continue to the Rule 32.9 Petition for Review. Mr. Brown then took another month or so to send me the Rule 32.1, decision, and the rest of the file so I could continue to file the Rule 32.9, again delaying the process, to give me the time needed to file my Rule 32.9 Petition for Review. These are not all the problems I experienced with Mr. Brown. The fact is Mr. Brown did not work in my interest at all, and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Ray · criminal defense ·
I got arrested in December of 2014 because I had a warrant out for my arrest due to forging prescriptions for Percocet. I was released the next day with 11 felonies, ranging from forgery, possession of narcotics and conspiracy to illegally obtain narcotic drugs. I also had 4 prior felonies and was sentenced to AZ department of corrections in 2007. With my new charges and my priors, I was literally facing 10.5-20 years in prison, I had no choice but to contact an attorney for there was no way I was going to allow a public defender represent me in this case, so I contact Mr. Coolidge to represent me. From the very first meeting with Mr. Coolidge I knew he was the only person that I wanted to represent me. For the past year he has worked diligently on my case in order to fight to keep me out of prison and that is exactly what he did, he fought and fought with everything he had. In Jan of 2016 I went to court for my sentencing. Mr. Coolidge was able to get me a plea agreement that dismissed 8 of the 11 charges, he was able to get a "no agreements plea" (which is a really big deal) and most importantly NOT introduce ANY of my priors. He stood up before the Judge and brilliantly made a case to keep me out of prison and give me probation so that I can go home to my son. The Judge handed down a sentence of 4 years probation. Not only did I NOT get any prison time, I also did NOT get any jail time, NO restitution, very minimal fines and I got to walk out of that court room. I cant express enough the gratitude that I have for the amazing job that Mr. Coolidge did on my behalf. Even the pre-sentence probation office recommended I get sentenced to prison on all 3 cases and yet because of Mr Coolidge's hard work and dedication to my case, I did not have spend any time in custody. Mr. Coolidge is hard working, dedicated, very smart, brilliant attorney. I would truly recommend Mr. Coolidge to anyone and everyone dealing with any type of criminal case. If you are facing any type of charges and are considering Mr. Coolidge to represent you, please take it from someone who was facing 20 years in prison and was able to just get probation, HIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY, I promise you WILL NOT regret it.

anonymous · criminal defense ·
I want to start this by saying that I, like many, never thought I would be in a position of having to hire a Criminal Defense Attorney. Unfortunately, a poor decision on my part, as well as bad timing and placement, led to a DUI. In the State of Arizona, the DUI laws are extremely severe, if not bord erline cruel and unusual in regard to the major life disruption, and financial strain they put on you. I do not condone breaking the law and quite honestly, I didn't believe I was a threat to society or that I was putting anyone in imminent danger at the time. It is however, a zero tolerance State, and up to police discretion, regardless of the actual amount of alcohol in your system. I might suggest not even having one drink and getting into a vehicle, here. After that evening, my nightmare began but I knew I had a right to an Attorney and a damn good one at that. I am a Teacher, Musician, and Student going for a 2nd degree. I did not have the time or money to waste. I actually looked on this website and did quite a bit of research before consulting with Andy. I decided to go with him after our initial consultation. I could have gone with someone else if it weren't for the personal care and attention to detail this man provided. He not only lowered all the costs for me but even went out of his way to get me work as a Musician in order to help me financially. He earned my trust through his actions and I can honestly say, there is no other Attorney on this planet that I would turn to if I ever faced trouble again. He not only fought for me as if he were fighting for his own freedom, he kept me informed and helped me to understand everything that was happening along the way. I felt very comfortable talking with him and I can even say I now see him as a noble friend. He was able to get me a plea deal that was just, one that matched the offense. The State was out for blood and every last penny I had. He alleviated that completely. I was able to return to my life and keep moving forward. His tenacity, commitment, personality, knowledge, and intelligence makes for one hell of a Lawyer. He's so refreshingly wise for his age. We must fight for our freedom, whether or not our freedom is on the line. As for me, I definitely will be keeping him as the fighter on my side.

My daughter attends college in Arizona and was involved in an incident that required legal representation. As I am in another state, I did not have the luxury of a personal recommendation regarding an attorney and was at the mercy of the internet. As it turns out, Mark was able to facilitate the best possible outcome on behalf of my daughter. Mark Nermyr represented me on a 2016 misdemeanor charge (criminal damage). I found out about the charge on a Sunday and Mark was answering his phone. He spoke with me and set a consultation meeting for the next day. The charge took 4 months to come to trial. During that time, Mark was always a vailable to me whether it was an in-office meeting, or a telephone call, email or text. That included when he was out of town on other cases. Mark does not 'hide' behind administrative staff or paralegals. He never watched the clock in our meetings or rushed me along in any way. Mark is outstanding from other lawyers in that he listens carefully to you and he does not interrupt. Mark's fees are reasonable and he spread them out over 90 days. The Shell & Nermyr contract I signed was short, to the point, and easy to understand. Mark has a paralegal who was polite and helpful in getting documents and evidence to me on a timely and efficient basis. Mark is an excellent negotiator. He knows both the legal system and the lawyers and judges applying the law to his clients. I asked him to prioritize the risks involved in a negotiated settlement versus a trial with possible innocent/guilty verdicts. This gave me the information I needed to make the best possible decision for me and family. Mark came to court prepared for anything and it was a good thing he did because there were a couple of 'surprises' that he was able to respond to immediately. Because of Mark's legal expertise and experience, and his tenacity, minutes prior to my appearing in trial the charge was dismissed with prejudice, meaning the charge can never be resurrected against me; its truly over.

If you have found yourself in any sort of legal trouble, please take the time to read this-- you will not regret it. I was charged with a very serious criminal offense in 2014. Despite our feeling that no crime had been committed, the charge still had the potential to destroy the life that I had bu ilt with my wife and family and my future. I initially consulted with and hired a different attorney shortly after my arrest to handle the case (not Mr. Nermyr). Things started off poorly and unfortunately, they did not get better over time. Communication was severely lacking, punctuality was an issue on many occasions, and due to my previous attorney taking a vacation, we missed the only opportunity for a Grand Jury remand-- which we have been advised, may have ended the case based on the facts involved. From that point forward we got caught up in the system and seemingly endless hearings and delays. Our attorney seemed powerless and in over their head. We tried several different routes to plead our case prior to trial, but could not gain any traction with the State and we felt, for lack of better words, totally unprotected. After over 2 years of zero progress, we were emotionally tapped, financially drained and running out of hope. It was at that point that a very close personal friend recommended that I speak to Mr. Nermyr about my case-- and I could not be more grateful for that. From the moment I met Mark Nermyr and his associate, Al Morrison, I felt like I had found the best. He took the time to completely understand my case and from that point forward I felt totally protected. The dynamic and breadth of knowledge between these two gentlemen was unreal. They immediately went to work getting to the core issues of the State's case and the strengths of ours. It did not take long for them to formulate a strategy that would ultimately lead to the first real movement in over 2 years on the State's part. The first hearing with Mr. Morrison, Mr. Nermyr, and Mr Shell was pretty incredible. They arrived early and were ready and waiting when we arrived. When we walked into the courtroom they commanded respect like we had not experienced with our previous attorney, all while being incredibly professional and prepared. That was the first time since the arrest that I had felt truly represented and hopeful that we could achieve a positive outcome. The meetings and hearings following were equally as impressive. Mr. Nermyr continued to analyze, research and adjust strategy accordingly to put us in the best possible position. The communication with Mark was always on point and he always gave me his undivided attention and treated me with total respect. Within just a few short months, and nearing the trial date, Mr. Nermyr and Mr. Morrison drafted and submitted a powerful motion that changed the course and outcome of the case. The motion opened up the opportunity for a dismissal or possible acquittal at trial and/or acted as a strong negotiating tool for a favorable plea offer. Options are few and far between when facing the justice system-- and Mark Nermyr did what seemed impossible-- his diligence and thorough understanding of the law and how it applied to my case gave me multiple, solid options and all of the information necessary to make the right decision for me and my family. Words are not enough to express my gratitude to Mr. Nermyr and his team. He, against all odds, gave me my life and dignity back, my kids their Dad back, my wife her husband back and orchestrated a defense that will allow me to move past this in the near future. I do not anticipate needing his services again in the future, and I certainly hope that none of my friends or family run into any legal issues-- but if they do, I will without hesitation recommend Mr. Nermyr. I highly recommend Mark Nermyr if you find yourself in need of excellent representation for a criminal matter in AZ-- You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately like a some people at some point in time they need an attorney and I needed a criminal defense attorney for my issues. I had met Mark during my issues and was immediately set as ease with my situation. Mark explained everything to me the entire time and worked very hard for me. Having a knowledgeable attorney and someone that actually cares is rare but with Mark you definitely get both, I would recommend him to anyone. Even after my issue was completely over with, he continued to take time out of his day and work schedule to help me and answer any other questions I had relating to other situations.

We have been very satisfied with Mr. Snader And his staff from the first into meeting through to the end of his services with us. - ★★★★★An honest attorney. Wow
Nathan · litigation ·
On two separate occasions, I have gone to Attorney Snader for consultation. In the first case I wanted to challenge an existing ruling. Attorney Snader looked over the specifics and advised me that since the ruling was not actually affecting me at this time, there was no reason to take it to court. " Don't poke the bear", in other words. If the ruling did affect me in the future he would be glad to represent me. He turned down an opportunity to take my money for a simple legal issue. I was surprised and pleased. A year later I consulted with him again on another legal matter. He looked over the specifics and advised me on the proper steps that I would need to take and provided me with the materials I would need to move forward. A great attorney, honest and very helpful. I would recommend Howard Snader to anyone that wants an attorney they can trust.

- ★★★★★Incredibly Competent

Saying that Joey is "very good at what he does" would be a huge understatement. He is the absolute best in the business. Joey is an incredibly competent and experienced lawyer. He took every step possible in order to ensure the best result for my case. He was proactive and always many steps ahead of the prosecution. He was also creative in his timing and strategy. It was not an easy case by any means but against all odds Joey was able to have all of the charges dropped. He saved me from humiliation, prison and injustice. I believe that many other attorneys would have settled for a lesser result. Joey was not satisfied with anything short of the most ideal result, which is exactly what he achieved. He met with my family and me multiple times to give us updates on the case and set expectations throughout the process. He treated all of us with absolute kindness and respect. If there was any attorney I would literally bet my life on, it is Joey Hamby.
- ★★★★★Do you want the best attorney?
Thomas · criminal defense ·
Joey Hamby represented a family member in a serious felony case that went to trial. The family member was facing possible decades in prison if convicted of the false allegations. While the family member was innocent of all the charges leveled against him, we utilized Joey's expertise to lead the wa y through the convoluted court system. After weeks of trial, my son was found NOT GUILTY. Joey did an outstanding job in not only representing my son in court but also spending the necessary time to research all aspects of the case prior to trial. He spent hours with us in preparation to make sure he had all the facts in the case in order to defend my son in the best possible way. His preparation also paid off in his ability to select the best jurors possible for this case and selecting the correct witnesses to testify on my son's behalf. Joey's focused attention to the court proceedings each day ensured that nothing got by him that could have hurt my son's case in front of both the judge and especially jury. I want to thank Joey for walking with us through this horrible ordeal and being at our side every step of the way. His insight into how the court system operates and how to navigate through it successfully was invaluable. Joey is absolutely the best in defending your rights in court!
- ★★★★★The lawyer I needed and saved my life.

I hired the firm DM Cantor and while they use a whole team I was lucky enough to have Joey Hamby handle most of the work on my case. He helped me every step of the way when working on the case and awesome about always keeping me updated with what was going on and explaining all the options to me in a no bs way and was always available to answer any questions I had. He never made any promises he couldn’t keep and was tough on me when I needed it, keeping me prepared for everything that was going to happen. I was potentially facing a life sentence if convicted and not only was he able to do the seemingly impossible by getting my case dismissed his urging me to make getting treatment a priority probably saved my life.

Was quoted 3000 to get my rights back and ended up costing me 3800 and still never got my rights back. Even after paying 3200 they wanted to close the case but I still can’t purchase a firearm. So they told me there is an extra 725 to be paid for paperwork but they will wave it if I leave a good revi ew, that’s blackmail. I can’t leave a good review if I still can’t purchase a firearm. I don’t have deep pockets to keep paying them for no results. I payed the blackmail amount of 725$ just to write this review in hopes this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I can only hope they don’t keep coming up with more bills for me to pay now that I gave an honest review.

Hello To all, I want to say that Attorneys for Freedom are an outstanding law firm for restoration of Rights! I'd like to point out my Gratitude and stellar service that I received from Brittany my assigned attorney and Bonny her paralegal. What I thought was going to take 3-4 months or more for res toration of my Rights happened in less than the 3 months they estimated. Talk about under promising and over delivering, here they are. I am so pleased with the way these 2 Awesome ladies helped me and handled my restoration of rights. Even when the Courts "misplaced or accidentally neglected" one of my cases, They were on top of it and completed the task for signatory approval asap, in my opinion, above the standard. I recommend this Law Firm to anyone and everyone that may need help for Rights Restoration. I will be moving forward with Attorneys on Retainer as well so that I know I have the bigger Gorilla in my corner when it comes to legal matters with a self defense situation! I am glad there is a reputable and stellar law firm that loves the Constitution and supports our 2nd Amendment Right! I couldn't be happier.

- ★★★★★Case against the very corrupt Arizona Game & Fish Department
John · environmental law ·
Both Marc Victor & Emma Wincup went to great lengths to do battle against one of the most corrupt government agencies in the country. My attorneys clearly demonstrated and proved that AZG&F had blatantly violated the statute of limitations by almost two years in their case against us. However, a very corrupt & biased Maricopa County judge, ruled against us with the absurd assertion that a lawful and mandatory statute of limitations was actually "discretionary". This judge should have been impeached!

Review for Attorneys on Retainer (AOR) A small group of us recently signed up for a group membership with Attorneys on Retainer, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. James Belcher was incredibly helpful—he walked us through the process, answered every question, and got us a fantastic group rate. His support made everything smooth and stress-free. AOR stands out in a big way. As individuals choosing to exercise our Second Amendment rights and look out for one another, it’s crucial to have real legal protection—especially in more tyrannical states like New Jersey. One of the biggest selling points for us was that AOR now includes coverage for red flag laws, which is a huge deal here. The peace of mind that comes with being able to call an attorney directly, without worrying about exclusions or fine print, is invaluable. AOR doesn’t make you jump through hoops or hope your case is “perfect” enough for coverage. They’re straightforward, committed, and reliable. If you’re a gun owner—especially in a state where the laws seem designed to trip you up—get this coverage. You won’t find anything else like it.
- ★★★★★CASE DISMISSED! Contempt of Court / DV Charge Dismissed
Alex · family law ·
Craig is on your side and will fight for you like you're family. He's aggressive, knowledgeable, empathetic and get's the job done! I contacted Craig for a brief consultation during a extremely difficult time in my life. I've never really had any run-in with the law, so this was an extraordinarily stressful time for me. During an exceptionally petty & difficult divorce, I received a bogus Order of Protection during the divorce. After speaking with him briefly over my phone, he advised me of the next steps before I agreed to retain him as counsel. I only reached out to a handful other attorneys and Craig was the only one that took the time to listen to my situation and provide a level of confidence I didn't hear from any other attorneys. (Some even said that a plea will probably be the most likely situation despite how ridiculous my case was) From the moment I paid him, he took almost all the weight off my shoulders; he advised me of his 'strategy,' past cases and outcomes that mirrored mine, the various outcomes, and kept me at ease for a matter that took over a year to be resolved. Between keeping me informed and attending all court visits he turned something incredibly difficult into something that allowed me to live my life. His strategy was clear, a dismissal or trial-- after a year he achieved exactly that. Merely days before the holidays I received the best Christmas gift imaginable, the case was dismissed after his aggressive consultation finally reached a breaking point for the opposing city counsel. Even after an expected plea deal was presented, he pressed on and fought hard and I felt confident he was doing everything in his power to protect my rights. While he may not be the 'cheapest' around, when it comes to criminal matters, you can't be in better hands and he's worth far more just for the piece of mind that he's doing everything possible. Craig carries a weight of confidence that puts you at ease the entire time while also never shying away from other outcomes. Beyond that I felt like he treated my case with absolute importance and care, he was extremely empathetic and often times would reach out to check how I was doing. Throughout the whole process he made it clear his job was to protect me and that while these matters take time, it's 'my job' to live my life, his job to get the best outcome. While I don't plan on ever needing him again... for those of you that need someone to fight for you like you're family, Craig is on your side.
- ★★★★★Could not hope for a better advocate

5 Stars are not enough to express my level of satisfaction with Craig Orent. if I could give 100 I would. I retained Craig to represent me for an incident that occurred in 2015, but was not settled until 1 year ago in 2018. During the 3 years the case dragged on, Craig went far above and beyond expectations to defend my interests and rights against an extremely hostile and potentially vindictive prosecution. Through changes in prosecutors, additional charges that were veiled attempts at intimidation, appeals and changes of jurisdiction ordered by an appellant judge - Craig remained professional, determined, aggressive and expertly professional in his representation of me. He did this even though my case was a couple hundred miles from Craig's office and required several multiple hour round trips for court appearances. In the end I received what I decided was a fair offer of settlement. I have witnessed Craig's professionalism, legal expertise, courtroom tenacity and attention to detail first hand and I can not imagine having better representation. I cannot recommend Craig any more vehemently. If you need help, give Craig a call.

- ★★★★★Best lawyer, fight persistently with experience, strategy and wisdom, and trustworthy, saved me from criminal speeding charge
Ping · criminal defense ·
Craig is a truly great lawyer! He is the type that go the extra miles to fight for his clients. His approach is special. He doesn’t fight loud with brutal force, but move on calm with wisdom, knowledge and strategy. He fought for my criminal speeding for a year and a half, and helped me to get a fa vorable result. I know that no other lawyers I talked with would do so. His service does cost a bit more, but you won't regret choosing him. His legal expertise is extraordinary and he is honest and trustworthy. And again, he didn’t give up on my case until we got a favorable result! Backstory: I got criminal speeding charge in the beginning of 2018. It’s the first criminal charge I got in my lifetime. I don’t want to have a criminal record on file for the rest of my life. Criminal speeding in Arizona, once convicted, no way to seal or expunge. And I’m an immigrant. I didn’t have the green card at that time. But my case is a very tough one: the policy car followed me for a while as I didn’t see him at first. The speed on his radar showed that my speed doubled the speed limit. I didn’t do it on purpose. It’s highway to national parks, early in the morning, very few cars and the speed limit drops from 65 MPH to 45 MPH where I got caught. I called a dozen lawyers I found on the internet and two referred by a friend. Most of the lawyers I talked with are good lawyers. They have pretty good reviews on avvo or yelp. But they all told me that they were not confident about my case. I remember that one lawyer told me that his winning ratio is about 85%, and my case falls into the 15% that he can’t win. One lawyer even told me that he didn’t think I should try to NOT get the criminal charge and the good result he could get me would be no jail time. Later I found Craig on the avvo website. His rating is 10 out of 10. I read all the good reviews from his previous clients. I called him. We talked over the phone. He told me his style and strategy. I sort of had the feeling that he is the right one! He charges more than other traffic lawyers. But it’s a one time fee for the whole case. He never asked me for extra money even after he had a bunch of pretrial conferences with the court, drove to Flagstaff from Phoenix and kept my case open for a long time. There was a time that I was facing a big dilemma: I was told that I could do the green card interview, but I probably would fail if I had the traffic case open. The immigrate office would usually require the final resolution of any criminal charge.I struggled a lot, and seeked advice from Craig. He didn’t suggest me to close the traffic case. He let me make the decision. And I chose to NOT give up the traffic case. Over all these months, it’s been a stressful experience to go through a criminal case. But it’s a big relief if you know you have someone very capable and reliable hold you up. I still remember Craig suggested me to not try as much as I can to NOT let the case affect my daily life, to live as if it’s not there and let him handle the issue on my behalf. He has been very helpful and pretty responsive. His communication style is effective, and upfront, which I like. Finally, it’s the fall 2019. Craig one day texted me that we got the favorable result I’ve been hoping for: the case was downgraded to civil one. This time he suggested me to finish the traffic course right away and I did so. I’m not super clear about how he did it, but he did it! He didn’t promise me that he would win at the beginning, but he did say that he would fight hard for me. In the end, he delivered beyond what he said: the almost impossible case got downgraded. I feel fortunate to have him as my attorney and I am forever grateful for his persistence and expertise. I would lose the case for sure if it were not him. Real ending: Craig is a very very experienced, wise, and respectful attorney. Best of the best! I highly recommend him to anyone facing criminal issues!
