I was cited for a very minor accident which resulted in a 2nd citation for a hit and run. Unfortunately, as I learned if you don't know the laws for this, even the most well meaning person can get caught up in this type of situation. Attorney Dean was there for me every step of the way. As a person with prior felonies and previous weed strikes, I knew I had to hire an attorney when I got charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. I called Tom Dean’s office and spoke with a woman named Pam, who by the way, is very informative, outgoing and genuine. After I spoke wit h Pam, I felt comfortable about moving forward with a consultation with Tom Dean. From the minute I spoke to him I knew this was the attorney that I was hiring. My ex wife wouldn't sign to close a checking account I had opened for her while we were married and living overseas, and was making me jump through ridiculous hoops to get her to sign. I cannot stress enough how much John Moore did for me in a time of crisis, frustration, fear and stress. From the minute I called his office and talked to his partner, they were both very responsive, friendly and started looking into my case right away, before even meeting with John in person. Dur ing my initial meeting with John I was a complete wreck. I was nervous, embarrassed, about to cry, and my mind was all over the place. From the very beginning of him offering me water and walking me to his office, I already felt better knowing there was NO JUDGEMENT and that he really just wanted to listen to the details of what had happened during my free consultation. John was very friendly and easy going, and didn't have that "cocky" lawyer appeal I had seen before and didn't like might I add. He was very honest with the fact that I did, indeed, need a lawyer and that it would be expensive but that he would charge way less than other "big name" lawyers. I feel lucky and blessed, because not only was that person John, but he was the most affordable as well. I truly believe it was destiny for me to find him. Specifically, once hired, John kept me in the loop at all times and more importantly- did everything I needed him to do. He asked the right questions, gathered all of my information, handled the court dates and mostly, kept me calm. I kept asking him if there is anything I should do, or how worried should I be? His response was always calm and with a smile, "Don't do anything and don't worry... you really don't have to worry." This was so hard to hear because I WAS worried. Worried about my future, going to jail and just in general, was a big ball of stress. He totally helped calm me down and even assured me it was okay for me to cross the US/Mexico border to go on a retreat I had already planned! Not only did he tell me to go, but he told me to have a great time! About my case, he handled it well... beyond well... COULDN'T HAVE GONE BETTER! I was charged with a Felony 4 for a first offense shoplifting case. I was so afraid of reading about my future and what being a "felon" would do to my life. Not only did he get it dropped to a Misdemeanor, but he also pushed up on the prosecuting lawyer to allow me to take the shoplifting diversion program, in which once completed, the case would be closed. Oh happy day! He did it and all I had to do was show up to court, plead "no contest" and then agree to complete the diversion program, which I did within two weeks! In my opinion, John went ABOVE AND BEYOND what he had to. I learned more in his free consultation than the other three free consultations combined! In conclusion, if you are looking for a lawyer I CANNOT stress enough how perfect John is for the job! While he was my criminal defense lawyer, I am confident that whatever your legal issue he could help and do so with confidence, a smile and grace! I cannot even begin to describe the gratitude I have for Steven Meyerand. As I am sitting here a free man looking forward to every waking moment with my family. He and Jared are an amazing legal team to have on your side. I was charged with a class 3 felony for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon which carries a minimum prison sentence of 5yrs in Arizona. I did not do what I was being charged with but I made some critical mistakes in not fully cooperating and antagonizing law enforcement on the night of the incident. I was completely guilty for contempt of deputy but not for what I was being arrested and charged. Needless to say when the State refused to let the case go we went to trial. The trial took 3 horrible nerve racking weeks to get through with hours upon hours of testimony. His guidance and reassurance during the trial helped me and my family get through this trying ordeal. At the end of it all he convinced the jury I was Not Guilty. Arizona does however have what is called lesser included charges, which for this case was a class 6 felony for Disorderly Conduct with a Deadly Weapon. The lesser charge if found to be dangerous would have been a minimum of 1.75 yrs in prison. I was found Guilty for the lesser charge but since he convinced the jury it was non-dangerous it was left as an undesignated felony with 3yrs probation, which means I can work to get it reduced to a misdemeanor. See! that is how amazing he is, I know all of this now because of his commitment, knowledge and professionalism to making me understand my rights and options. Steven guided me through every phase with a full understanding of what was happening with honesty and integrity. I feel this was the best possible outcome short of a full dismissal and I have him to THANK.

I relied on Jacie to help with a frivolous neighbor complaint. Jacie was instrumental in getting his claim dismissed. I consulted a few different attorneys as I prepared to battle over Child Support and Parenting time with my greedy ex. When I sat down with Sara she was up front and had the "gumpt" I was looking for. I had already experienced a "Yes Man" kind of attorney in my divorce as well as hearing the same fro m the other attorneys I consulted (interviewed) for this situation. Sara told me how things are according to the law even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I think she thought we started off on the wrong foot, but in my eyes it was her honesty and forthright that made my decision the in retaining her the RIGHT CHOICE! Throughout the ordeal Sara listened to me and respected my decisions even if they went against her advice. Sara knew that I had my kid's best interest in mind the entire time which made us have one thing in common right from the get go. Sara was professional, relentless, aggressive, factual, and fearless as she battled my ex's "Big Named" attorney who tried to strong arm us with threats of lies about me being arrears among other things. Sara stuck to the actual facts of the case and low and behold that "Big Named" attorney had to withdraw from the case so my ex had to get another attorney. Sara once again was very professional in dealing with the new opposing attorney who wanted to wrap things up as soon as possible with all of the evidence that came out during the process. She stayed on top of things and kept him accountable and even called him out when it seemed like they were sitting on action items they had. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received from Sara and her team... Jessica, Lisa, Kim,etc... Going through something that didn't even have to happen but for a greedy, lying ex who did not even listen to what the kids wanted was tough enough, but at least I found an attorney who had her morals together, her clients needs in the forefront and most importantly had the best interest of the kids in mind at all times. If anything ever comes up again Sara will for sure be getting my business and if anyone ever asks for a referral for a good Family law attorney I will not hesitate to refer Sara A. We did hire Mr Laboy . His office and himself have very good sales techniques on how they can help with all the resources at their disposal. But yet did not utilize any of them . One year and half in our case never meet him until or court date . Not once did he get to know me as a person to fight for my character he never argued my case .We gave him 10k of our liquid savings . What a waste of time and money . We had to hire an another attorney and receive a much better outcome . My best advise would say don’t hire him he talks a big game just to get your money but actions prove other wise .

I went to Julio Laboy because after spanking my kid his mother decided to press charges in order to help her Family Court case against me. At the time I had a different attorney who wasted months doing nothing and then told me that I should plead guilty and accept a felony on my record. I fired tha t guy and with God's Grace I found Julio Laboy. Julio immediately sprang into action, and mentioned that the first 30 days are extremely important for any case. He even called me on a Sunday, [probably getting himself in trouble with Mrs. Laboy by doing so!] Long story short- within 30 days I had a letter from the County Prosecutor dropping the charges. My only complaint is that Mr. Laboy has spoiled me, and now I expect every attorney to act like this- taking calls on a Sunday and getting nearly instant positive results. I only wish he would take on my Family Court case!
