Daniel represented my son, who is a young father and was very overwhelmed by the process of petitioning for joint custody of his daughter. Prior to meeting with Daniel my son and my granddaughter's mother were in complete disagreement about all aspects of their case. With Daniel's assistance, they we re able to settle most of the details of the case prior to their hearing and ultimately settled the remaining matters on the day the hearing was scheduled. Daniel was thorough, strategic, and even familiar with the specific judge that was assigned to their case. He knew what to expect and prepared my son for the likely outcomes (and was correct about them). Additionally, he came up with creative solutions for disagreements that helped with quick resolution. His expertise made a very stressful period in our life much less so and brought the case to a middle ground. My son would not have been able to come to a common ground in this case on his own.
