I appreciated all the efforts that my attorney, Josefa, put into my case. She was thorough and easy to work with. My only complaint is that Davis Miles Law Firm's fee structure was out of hand and way above my affordability. My ex-husband's fees were significantly lower. I highly recommend Josefa but cannot recommend Davis Miles' fee structure. I was recently asked for a recommendation from a friend's friend seeking a divorce attorney. I recommended Josefa, but encouraged her also to investigate the fee structure to be sure Davis Miles would be affordable. I'm still struggling to pay the balance due.

I hired John in 2009 for a messy divorce. There were many complex issues to handle including: custody, cps orders of neglect, domestic violence, and military pay. John knew exactly what to do. He was familiar with everything and was professional the entire time. I was able to receive joint custody of my kids without having to pay spousal maintenance or alimony. John's legal assistants are great as well. They are good with communication and professional. If you have the money, John should be your choice for a divorce attorney.
