- ★★★★★The best experience I ever had with a lawyer.
Pamle · bankruptcy ·
When I came to Attorney Eduerdo Celaya’s. I was afraid and need advice about my bankruptcy. He was so calm and understanding. He had a lot of patients with me and guides me alone the way. He answered all of my questions, and made sure I had all of the paperwork I needed to file the bankruptcy. I highly recommend Attorney Eduardo Celaya, if you want someone knowledgeable and compassionate, I recommend him.

From the moment he calls (on the dot at the scheduled time) to the end of the call, you know you are in EXCELLENT hands. He is kind, calm, professional, expert, knowledgeable, good-natured, communicative, a natural educator (I say that as a professional educator), and just an honorable and compassion ate individual. Outstanding, efficient, and no-frills advice. I found him to be completely trustworthy and ... well... if i had more legal issues to solve, I'd call him exclusively for support.
- ★★★★★Really Great Attorney!

Jessica was very thorough and aggressive. We were pleased with the out come.
- ★★★★★Knowledgable, Thorough and Caring
anonymous · legal ethics ·
I consulted Jessica when my ex made a falsified claim of substance abuse to the AZ nursing board in an attempt to 'get back at me'. Jessica called me back promptly and personally (rather than an assistant) and spoke with me extensively on all steps of the investigative process: what to do and what not to do and all the ins and outs of what to expect and how to appropriately respond to any inevitable or possible components of an AZ nursing board investigatory process. She patiently answered each of my questions thoroughly and in an un-rushed fashion. It is apparently that she is not only very knowledgeable of nursing board investigations but also that she cares. She was also straight and to the point and did not sugar coat anything. My ex later called back the board and retracted his claim, but it is still pending as to if an investigation will ensue or if the claim will be dismissed. After speaking with 2 other attorneys regarding this matter, I will undoubtably hire Jessica if the investigation ensues. I would also recommend her to any other nurse in need of an attorney for an AZ Nursing Board investigation.
- ★★★★★CAREER RESCUING NURSE ADVOCATE
Kira · employment law ·
I met Jessica in the beginning of 2017. I was having some personal problems and they were affecting my work. I was in a very unsupportive work environment and I was accused of some things that I did not do. Jessica helped save my career and probably my life. She listen to me she advocated for me. Sh e is very well known and respected at the BON and negotiated a solution that allowed me to keep working as an RN and restore my career an RN back to better than it was. Hiring her as my attorney was the best decisions I ever made.!Thank you Jessica !
- ★★★★★Horrible attorney
Heather Mills · litigation ·
I consulted with Jessica Miller and initially, she was great. She told me not to worry and she even took the case on contingency. However, after sending out a demand letter and recieving a response from the Company's attorney Jessica dropped the case . She stated that litigation would cost more than what I was asking for . She left me high and dry and ruined any future chance of me pursuing my case. Jessica Miller did not request a mediation nor did she want to pursue the case when she realized she would actually have to do some work as the company was not just going to give into her unreasonable demand letter.
- ★★★★★The Best Lawyer!

Highly recommended! AAA +++ Smart, proactive, assertive, compassionate, communicates well, takes the time to know you and your situation. She has true passion for her job, which is a rarity these days. I will continue to use her services.
- ★★★★★Extremely Grateful
Eddie · employment law ·
Trying to find an attorney (or ANY service provider in today's world!) is one of my very least favorite chores to do. Just going through intake screenings for attorneys, after you try choosing, one is a pain enough. I am glad that law offices I had attempted to use for this case, before I chose Ed, h ad some conflicts of interest. If they had not, then I would not have had the chance to meet and work with him. I did not have a long, detailed legal quest to deal with. It would not have been worth a lot of money to anyone. This is one reason I was so impressed and admired Ed for how he still took this work to heart. He listened to me and discussed frankly the options and the probabilities of outcomes. He did not treat me like my ideas or opinions were of no value just because I am not educated in the legal system. He also was very upfront about costs and did not want me to waste my money on a dead end street. He provided me information on how I could file with goverment agencies in regards to my Wrongful Termination issue. Over all, what I can say is that, I am NOT anyone who will give a good referal to someone who does not really deserve it. If you need Labor Law/Employment advocate- definitely call Ed Robaina. I would call him again and tell anyone else to.
- ★★★★★His experience in the field was helpful and insightful

Really seems like an honest good guy he taught me alot about employment law and while my case was not worth enough to take to trail I really appreciated how realistically my case was appraised
- ★★★★★Excellent Lawyer
Ronald · employment law ·
Mr. Robaina is a true professional who helped me get a favorable outcome in my lawsuit against a previous employer. One thing that I especially appreciated about him was how upfront he was. He was honest with me right from the beginning. Mr. Robaina made sure I understood all the facts regarding my c ase, both positive and negative. He worked hard for over 2 years on my difficult case, ensuring no stone was left unturned. I highly recommend him as an employment attorney.
- ★★★★★Excellent Attorney
William · employment law ·
My case took about 2.5 years to complete and it had a positive outcome. Ed assisted me with my case preparation and was very thorough. Ed has something that is almost rare in most attorneys' and that is integrity. He did not treat me as if I was just another "officer" to represent, he treated my cas e with respect, which was proven by how much involved he was in my case. Throughout my case, he never did not beat around the bush about anything and he made me quite aware of all the possible outcomes of my case. Ed is an attorney that is willing to go the extra mile for an officer when he believes that they have been wronged and he is willing to fight for what he believes. Ed is definitely an attorney that I would highly recommend to any of my fellow brothers and/or sisters in blue when they feel they have been "wrongfully accused" by their department.
- ★★★★★Truly Outstanding

Mr. Robaina, and his law firm Robaina and Kresin, was recommended to me as the best employment law firm in Phoenix. I went to Mr. Robaina for a consultation when I was placed on administrative leave by Maricopa County. He was knowledgeable, comforting, and fought to get me get reinstated quickly. During the course of representation, Mr. Robaina was accessible and immediately responsive. He made me feel empowered during a very difficult time. I give him my highest recommendation. Truly outstanding.
