Trying to work my case on my own with the insurance was fruitless. From the moment I called Doug Zanes I felt like my chances of getting a fair resolution were greatly improved. They explained the process to me and even helped me understand what the insurance company was thinking. My attorney and cas e manager were always on top of things, and no matter who called me I felt like they knew what was going on.
