Trying to work my case on my own with the insurance was fruitless. From the moment I called Doug Zanes I felt like my chances of getting a fair resolution were greatly improved. After I signed a contract with them they,they had my case for over a year,then once they received the check from my auto insurance they then dropped my case.Wish I had never signed a contract with them,what a waste of time.
