I was searching for a business lawyer in the Greater Phoenix area and found Attorney Holm on google. I was searching for an attorney who was able to handle a complex business matter that I was experiencing with my startup business. About two ago I was woken up with the police standing at my door. Apparently, someone had stolen my 8 foot by 10 foot trailer. It had come detached from their vehicle and crashed into a parked car sometime during the night. Lucky for me we didn't loose any thing. However, trailer was banged up very bad. The insurance that I had on the trailer was really dragging their feet getting the assessment, then offering an amount they would give to replace it. During this time I had gotten my own estimates and knew what it was worth. The insurance took 2 months to offer a VERY low amount. I was very frustrated as there was no way I was going to be able to replace it with the amount they offered. So I decided to call David White for help. He got on the job right away. He collected all my documents from the insurance and quotes from the places I had taken the trailer to. With in a week I had a new offer for more than twice their previous offer. He found out they were miss calculating the age of the trailer as well as basing their estimates off the incorrect type of trailer. The attention to detail that he put forth on this was amazing considering it was just a trailer. I was very happy using him for his knowledge in accident and injury law. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to his law office. I haven't had to use him for his divorce services, although he has helped a close friend with her divorce and she was also happy with his services.

From the start Tracy was upfront; honest and incredibly ethical. She was straightforward on how things worked and provided reasonable expectations. IMO the current system is near impossible to survive alone and I have a great deal of respect for those quality lawyers like Tracy working to make a di fference and provide the best representation possible for their clients. I hoped for a slightly better outcome, but in all honesty began the process alone without proper legal representation. One word: “don’t”. I hired Tracy Krall after recommendation from receptionist. I read about her online prior to consult and honestly was excited. Repensentation if Modern Law was short as my hearing date was approaching in 30 days. My retainer fee was depleated; which I knew would happen. But there was zero aggressiven ess in court. There wasn’t a follow through with questions. I felt Tracy knew extremely little about my case. Her compassion and loyalty wasn’t with me as her client. It was to build repore with the other attorney. Due her excessive social aspect in court talking to the other attorney regarding his lab top etc. I was left with things unsettled in court. Things unanswered. That I myself had to do tons of leg work to simply have what should have been done during a 3 hour hearing that wasn’t. It seems they are more concerned with earning business rather than supporting your case. I personally would have chosen another office. Candice was my paralegal. Although it was a short time she did very well with her responsiveness, compassion and urgency.

Tracy remained cool and calm under some tough circumstances. The opposing attorney would constantly try to use intimidation but Tracy would have none of it and held her own. I do not recommend Shawnna Riggers. Please do your research on an attorney who will care about you, your child and your case and not only about the money. I hired her in 2016, she was paid up front and she only appeared to the initial hearing. She showed no real interest in my concerns but very agree able with the opposite party. My case literally almost went downhill during her representation. I had to terminate with her representation because she was on vacation and had nothing prepared before the hearing but instead used the excuse "you won't be able afford my representation if we go further" only assuming. She was initially paid everything in full, even paid for calls I made to her in which she wasn't of any help to provide guidance or proper advice. Most of the representation, I felt alone and always looking for other attorneys advice. It was just the worst experience ever, specially when you're talking about your child. I'm glad I found another attorney who did care and my case ended in my favor. This attorney is just a waste of time and waste of money the only thing gained was stress.

I've had 3 lawyers since I got divorced 10 years ago and this is the first one who actually did what she said and said what she did. I'll admit, it was a rocky road at first. Kristen is relaxed and hard to rattle, and that was new to me. She helped calm me down when things got dramatic and asked me t o be patient with ththe process, and I'm glad I did. Before trial she explained exactly what to expect and when we went to trial she was calm, organized and assertive. Our ruling was in my favor and almost exactly what she predicted it would be. hopefully we don't go back to court again but if we do I'll call her in a heartbeat.

When I hired Kristen I was a wreck, scared I was going to lose my kids. She listened to me throughout the process and was very reassuring. She was thorough and fair in representing me and always worked to fix things instead of creating more conflict with me and my ex.
