His demeanor is great but communication is inadequate and this is the day before trial with only frustration. I am happy to revise this review if something right happens today but there is no answer via text, phone, email and information is lacking and the opposing party is allowed to present entire ly false information to the judge in the first half of the hearing and even the current documents being considered. The judge has not been made aware that this information is false. I feel very alone and opposed. If this attorney stands up for me, I will change this review.

Mr. Bain took great care of us in every way you could expect from an attorney. He handled all of the footwork, and even sometimes went beyond what should be expected of him. The commmunication was awesome. He may not answer the phone every time you call, but is that a realistic expectation of an att orney... a good one at that? He ALWAYS returned my calls, texts, and emails in a timely manor and made sure to handled whatever particular problem we faced at the time. He worked WITH me to make sure that we were fighting for what I wanted, not necessarily always what he thought was best.
