Originally, I had a different attorney that represented me in an employment matter. The attorney was unable to represent me because of unforeseen circumstances. I was fortunate enough to be represented by Mr. Cool. Mr. Cool proved to be an individual of his word: he maintained contact with me conti nuously while he assertively addressed the matter and did not take action unless I was comfortable. I believe that he was honest during his interactions with me regardless of the information that he was providing to me was difficult to process, accept and act upon. Three years ago I got in an accident that left my car totaled and my body in lots of pain. I was so stressed dealing with all my medical problems it wasn't allowing me to get well. Once Jose took my case I was able to begin the healing process. Jose and his team dealt with everything. I no longer had to worry about the insurance company or my medical bills. They handled any phone calls or letters I received. I could just focus on my recovery. Jose was very accessible. Mick is a fighter! No doubt about it! I never doubted that he had the skills, intellect, ability to argue a case or support staff needed to take my case across the finish line! Mick and another attorney teamed up and took a chance on me when no other attorney would. I had lost my case on a techni cality two years prior and NOT A SINGLE attorney would handle my appeal. I forged ahead on my own with help of family and got it overturned. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, but I only had to argue that the judge did not do his job. Once it was overturned, I had to actually proved my case. I did not have the legal chops to do that, even though everything that had happened to me was wrong! In early 2018, my brother went to a Scottsdale, Arizona restaurant. He was over served alcohol at this restaurant and subsequently collapsed. He died a few days later at a nearby hospital. My mother and I were shocked and in disbelief. We began a search for a competent, tenacious and aggressive Arizona attorney experienced in DRAM shop law who would investigate and evaluate such a case. We found Mick Levin in Phoenix. After discussing the case with him, he told us it would be a complex, time-consuming matter and we decided to move foward with the case. Mick, and his colleague, John Robertson II, filed a multi-million dollar action against the restaurant in late 2018 in the Arizona Superior Court. The matter was later moved to Federal Court in Arizona. The case had many twists, turns and delays, but it eventually ended up in mediation. During the mediation phase, Mick personally traveled to Ohio to represent my elderly mother in person during the Zoom mediation hearing. We were unable to reach an agreement during mediation, so Mick decided to take our case to trial. In the days prior to the trial, the defendants tried to settle the matter numerous times. Mick worked tirelessly obtain a reasonable settlement offer. Just prior to the scheduled trial (and after more than 3.5 years of litigation in State and Federal Court and a failed mediation attempt), Mick was able to settle the matter with a financial judgement that reasonably reflected the immeasurable loss our family sustained. Mick even negotiated the initial settlement document to ensure the agreement language was equitable. I am confident any other lawyer would have either failed us or settled the matter for far less. I would very highly recommend Mick Levin to anyone who is seeking a tenacious and knowledgeable lawyer for a matter involving very complex litigation.

Where do I begin with writing this review? Since my motorcycle collision with an F150 truck back in September 2013, I have sought closure and compensation for the incident.
