Stewart was amazing. As I was exiting Circle K, a car in a parking spot in front of the convenience shop backed out directly into the side of my car. I was driving my brand new Audi A3 and it was inoperable. I couldn't even open the driver side door. Needless to say, I was devastated. I'd only had th e car for four months and would be paying on it for another 4+ years. Stewart told me that I could get payment for diminished value of the brand new vehicle as well as the rental fees for the car rental I had to maintain while my car was being repaired (took several months), which equaled approximate $4000. This was news to me. In the end, ultimately, I got a significant payment for both the diminished value and the rental fees. I still wish my car had not been hit, but I could not be happier with the outcome. At least, I recapped the original value of the car pre-accident. He made it super easy and I am SO grateful. He was attentive to my case and kept me updated on the progress of our pursuit of potential reparations. He was honest with me about what I could expect/hope for. In the end, I got more money back then I ever anticipated. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

I had the absolute best experience having Stewart Gross represent me. After an initial phone call to his office he called me back the same day to discuss my case. His retained rate was very considerate and competitive. I saw from his presentation of my case how thoroughly he had gone through the v oluminous amount of documents I sent him. He came well prepared with case law to prove my position on the issues; hence, he could not be reputed by the other side. He has great communication skills and recognizes the other side's position but then without stirring any confrontation explains their errors and non-compliance with the federal laws. Due to a non- disclosure I'm bound by I cannot give you more details or examples, however, I wanted to share my experience with others seeking a good attorney. I found the other side's attorneys worked well with him. The only analogy I can think of is that Mr. Gross is the kind that brings both sides of the aisle together. Maybe he should have been a politician, but I'm grateful he is an attorney. He made what could have been a very intimidating experience very calm and peaceful for me. He had my back for sure and guided me in a decision that was in my best interest.

On vacation in California, my parents were in a horrific accident leaving my mother on life support, father badly wounded, and my sister and I not knowing what to do. The other commercial driver being at fault, and underinsured, we were told to obtain an attorney and given many names to call. I tho ught of my friend of 10 years, John Torgenson. John had always been someone I respected with kind character and charitable actions. Not wanting to make such a big decision solely based on the personal connection, I gave him a call to discuss the situation. John immediately gave me confidence in his capabilities to protect and advocate for my family and most importantly my mother. He flew to California the next day, investigated the accident site, contact all parties involved and gathered information. John spent the next couple of days sitting with my mother, father and sister. He was warm, compassionate and comforting in a time of extreme circumstance. It gave me peace of mind that I had made the right decision for my family. My mother did not survive the aftermath from the accident. I met Mr. Torgenson about six months ago while working on a business plan with some partners. What I appreciated the most about him was his honesty. It felt like he truly cared about us first and the money second. So many other attorneys have that backwards. Since that first meeting six months ago, M r.
