Jon was hired to assist my son and I with an accident lawsuit. Since I live in Ct. and my son in Yuma, it was a challenging proposition. Jon was professional, competent,fair, honest and communicated each step of the process in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to contact Jon again for a legal is sue if the need arose.Jon"s office staff were also courteous and excellent with all correspondence.

Service provided was subpar. Seemed to represent opposing party instead of me. Did not perform duties on my behalf. Do not waste your time. Always seemed too busy for case and legal assistance team seemed to not have my best interest nor the law in mind when making decisions. If you do not have any good networking in Yuma, seek other council will not do best efforts on your behalf. Will leave you with no assistance and staff will not assist either, WARNING, If you feel like you're going against "systemic issues" avoid this firm.
