I could not have found a better law firm to assist me with my situation with my long time employer. I met with Krista Robinson and Meghan Conlin. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, caring and empathetic. The firm agreed to take my case and explained the different laws applicable for m y case and options. Krista and Meghan exceeded my expectations. They are very responsive; Email and text inquiries were responded to very promptly and if an answer or plan was to be detailed they promptly scheduled a call to discuss. My employer responded 3 days after the firm sent their letter. The outcome was better than I could have hoped for and I am very grateful to them. In 2021 my employer refused to pay my salary and terminated me after I inquired about it. My family recommended that I move on with my life and NOT get a lawyer. I was also nervous about any legal process, didn’t know if I even had a case, didn’t know how much this would cost. But, I couldn’t drop the matter for myself. I did my research and ultimately spoke to 4 attorneys. Krista was the first attorney to reply - always professional, always prepared (...unlike the others). She answered all my questions.
