We have been stuck trying to find help in locating who was holding the loan to a piece of property we bought in 2007, The initial loan was sold to another bank but was lost and no one could tell who actually held the deed. We had no luck from any avenue we used to obtain this information. Going on 9 years and still no closer to finding this information. I was given Mr. Hallstroms name and number from a friend of a friend. Mr. Hallstom was able to track down who actually held the loan and was able to resolve this for us in no time at all. He kept us in the loop with every process he took and every lead he followed. He has been able to resolve everything for us in a matter of a couple of months. His fees are very reasonable and I really would have been willing to pay him more.
