Mr. Bonner is just about the best attorney I've ever met in over 50 years of business. He recently won a case against an attorney who I was told may have been a former senior partner in the firm. He responds 24/7 from wherever he may be duirng his travels. His hourly fee is well worth the 'investment .' His firm is of extremely high respect in Arizona courts, so he enters a courtroom with a distinct advantage for etiical reputation. And, if you 'have no case' Mr. Bonner will tell you -- not begin invoicing for any 'lost cause.' I've never found reason to disagree with any of his recomendations.

I called Mr. Shoaf for a consultation regarding a dispute with my neighbor. I assumed that I would be charged for the consultation, however, Mr. Shoaf refused. He candidly let me know that my case was simple and that I would likely succeed representing myself based on the information that I provided in our phone call. He also informed me that because my case was a small claims court issue, it was not practical nor necessary to hire an attorney. His communication was also sincere, which helped to put me at ease as this has become an extremely stressful dispute with my neighbor. Mr. Shoaf was even reassuring, neither rushing me nor making me feel insignificant compared to more prestigious clientele. I appreciated his time and sincere demeanor and offered to write this review as a token of my gratitude.

I was involved in an accident (being rear ended), and needed to resolve months' of physical therapy visits, repair of my vehicle, and my hospital visit the day I was hit. Although my accident was considered low impact, I still suffered a problematic neck injury needing care. Mr. Barry worked hard t o resolve the matter, and kept me informed of my options. He was realistic, and honest , and always returned my calls/emails promptly. Mr. Barry saved me thousands of dollars, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for professional, knowledgable, representation.

We have used services of Randy Sassaman's law firm for our negotiations with a big insurance company. He was recommended to me and my wife by another lawyer, who was not able to take our case at the time. And we are so glad now that Randy and Mike took that case and pursued it so tirelessly. They pre pared exhaustive arguments to defend our side and were almost successful in doing so. The judge seemed to be leaning our way, so it's still not clear how the decision went the other way. Randy suggested and we decided to appeal the case to the Ninth Circuit. Fortunately it was accepted there and Randy traveled to San Francisco for the hearing and presented our side of the story so convincingly that the case was returned back to Arizona for retrial. That was enough to eventually reach a settlement with the insurance company that helped us financially a lot in our situation. I would give ZERO stars if i could. ! I retained Maahs for an accident injury case. I spoke to him one time. The majority p0-9]i [nmjof the 6 months I worked with his paralegal, paulina. I went to an out of pocket chiropractor but could have gone to a free doctor as I am American Indian. He was fully aware of this. I informed my chiropractor that I had retained an attorney and he was willing to wait for payment. Six months after retaining Maahs, my postman knocked on my door one saturday with a letter for me to sign, It was from Phillips Law group, the firm Maahs works for, It was informing me I was no longer being represented. NO phone call, NO email from either the attorney that I thought I had or his paralegal. The following monday, i called the paralegal who told me "i will look for your file and tell you why you have been dropped" She NEVER called back. I emailed maahs who didnt even have the courtesy or professionalism to reply to me. I emailed the paralegal again and was told my file would be sent to me. I will see it later today. I have no idea if I will even be informed why I was dropped.I BELIEVE i was dropped because i wasnt hurt bad enough and they could not make TONS of money off me. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME UPFRONT THAT THEY ONLY TAKE CASES WHERE THE COST OF MEDICAL TREATMENT IS A CERTAIN (LARGE) AMOUNT, I would not have retained them. I was not involved in a SERIOUS accident and they knew that. Now I have nearly 2k in medical bills that I am responsible for, no attorney and I get to start all over. I was treated as tho I no longer existed once they realized i would not have thousands of medical costs. Extremely impersonal and horrible experience for me, I will NEVER go to his firm again and plan to share my Horrible experience with everyone I know.

Rich Gramlich, Professional, Experienced and Prepared. "PEP" How can you do better for your client than obtaining a settlement well in excess of what the client expected. Rich did just that. He was cost conscious asking me, if I wanted to pay for a deposition or pass due to costs? I left that c hose to Rich who chose yes and I'm glad he did. The deposition appeared to have increased the settlement in mediation quite significantly. Rich was obviously very well prepared for the deposition with a good retention of the facts and issues supporting my claim. I am not an Attorney but my two kids are so I get it. We had a buyout of a partner and there of course were some misinterpretation because he didnt want to use a lawyer.
