Michelle was referred to us by our financial planner. The fees were significantly higher than the last will & trust we created 16 years ago. However, her knowledge of the law, level of detail in addressing complex issues and willingness to explain things in layman's terms was helpful. Our work sche dules and locations made it difficult to meet, and she was willing to conference call after hours to review the documents and save us a trip downtown. Her accommodation of our schedule and thoroughness of the legal forms was appreciated. Staff was friendly and approachable. They also assist families with ALS for end of life planning, and have a sensitivity to working with families of loved ones with ALS.

When a family member passed away none of us knew what to do or where to start with the handling of the family member's many assets. The estate was a mess and it was very stressful. After hiring Tobias, much of the stress relating to the estate went away. My uncle was very wealthy so the administrati on took over a year, but Tobias was there every step of the way to make sure things were handled timely and correctly. I simply cannot recommend Tobias enough if you are in need of an attorney.

Mr. Pierce recently assisted my company in the sale of one of our larger subsidiaries. I have had the pleasure, and sometimes displeasure, of working with many different attorneys in the past, and I felt compelled to write this review as this is the first attorney interaction that I have had in whic h I sincerely valued the counsel I was being given. Tobias is very easy to interact with, he was always available for my questions, and he never talked to me using lawyer terms he presumed I understood. Most importantly, the attorney for the buyer was playing real hardball, and by the end of the transaction Tobias had the other attorney essentially advocating for my position to the buyer after buyer tried to back out of the contract. I feel fortunate to have had Tobias referred to me, and I now use him as our go-to attorney for all legal issues.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this attorney. My experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. I hired him with very clear instructions regarding my trust, specifically to make me the primary trustee and properly structure the roles. Instead, he drafted documents that did the complete opposite—putting myself in a situation to end up on the street in fact I just hired an attorney to try and help me out of this situation. I wouldn’t even award this guy a star but in order for my review to be posted I had too. I hope nobody has to ever go through this.

I had some allegations come against me with the AZ BTR and needed help understanding my options. I found Colin and his firm on google and saw they were one of the only firms that offered a free consultation. I scheduled one and Colin and I went over my situation and not once did I feel like he was gi ving me watered down service because it was a free consultation. In fact, there were some documents I was missing and he told me once I had them to send them for his review and then we'd jump on another call which we did and he was able to advise me appropriately.
