Mr. Overton was professional, blunt, and honest in regards to the legal concerns I consulted him about. Madison Van Nutter was fantastic. I was charged with a misdemeanor for criminally speeding (77 in a 40). I was immediately taken under her wing. The support from Madi and Doran Justice as a whole got my family and I through this incredibly hard time. Madi was accommodating, extremely knowledgeable an d well versed in a court setting. When the date of my trial came, Madi stood beside me from the entry to the trial room, and all the way to the exit of the court. She was comfortable in the court room. I live in Maryland and was being charged in Arizona on felony charges. I was never served any documents from the courts regarding this. I did however receive a letter from Mr. Micheal Denea, PLC office. I am in my late 40s and have never been in trouble with the law. It is scary, stressful and extr emely overwhelming to be on this side of the law. However here I am. Mr. Denea and staff treated me with respect and explained everything to me even when asked multiple times. I fought for 1.5 years by virtual court hearings as I cannot afford to travel back and forth from Maryland to Arizona. I accepted the plea deal as someone can only fight for so long. Mr. Denea and staff (Mr. Eddie) continued to fight for me after the plea deal. Mr. Eddie under the advisement of Mr. Denea was able to get me to stay with my family. They called every jail in Maryland, but the state law would not allow me to serve 90 days in another state jail. Mr. Eddie and Mr. Denea did not stop! They found a program in Maryland (ASAP) that would allow me to do my jail time under home detention. Mr. Eddie and Mr. Denea got me approved and accepted to the program before sentencing, plus allowed me to continue to work (work release program). During sentencing, I cried the entire time. This was the only time I had to fly to Arizona. I honesty could not tell you what was said during sentencing process, but I can say this. Both Mr. Denea and Mr. Eddie never left my side. Mr. Eddie went with me to each department after the judge agreed to the ASAP program and helped me through that process, which was stressful but having Mr. Eddie with me and still fighting for me was a relief. I strongly suggest not to get yourself into a situation where you need an attorney but if you do, I highly recommend Mr. Michael Denea, PLC. You will not be disappointed! Mr. Denea was up front with cost and never asked for more money. I am thankful to Mr. Denea and Mr. Eddie and my words cannot express how thankful I am. This law office will fight to the end for their clients!
