My husband and I are from Missouri and on January 2018 we ran into a situation at a truckstop in Lake Havasu. We heard nothing about the situation until April when we got home and seen that we had court dates we knew nothing about so obviously we missed them, then warrants were issued. We called arou nd to other lawyers offices and no one would take our case. Our last hope was to give this office a call and it was the best call we’ve ever made. Mr. Sam Haribson was assigned to our case and he listened to us, he explained our options. We flew to Arizona and Mr. Haribson was able to get our warrants squashed. We then decided to take this matter to trial. Mr. Haribson explained to us step by step the process, he explained everything about the trial process, he was there to calm us about the situation and he always made his self available. The morning of the trial we had a meeting, he then explained this process and how things would go. Mr. Haribson explained everything to us during the trial and we allowed him to do what he needed to do. We were both found not guilty. We would highly recommend Mr. Sam to anyone who needs a lawyer. Michael was a wonderful attorney from the start. I had the book thrown at me, every conceivable charge that I could have garnered.. I did. He talked me through the whole way, I live out of state and he made it possible for me to go to court over the phone. My charges were insane, the police departmen t LOST all footage and audio of my arrest, as the state broke a few laws themselves when they pulled me over. He comforted myself and my family through out the ordeal. I did not get off scot free, but I was faced with 6 years in prison and a laundry list of charges on my record, I didn’t serve a day after the arrest. And one year later I’m off probation and so happy to have had his help. I hope to use him again to try and remove the only charge I received, and would gladly recommend his law firm for anyone who faces severe criminal charges. In a state that has such a corrupt legal system, I saw people being abused by their court appointed attorneys. I was cited for speeding, and read online it was advisable to hire a criminal attorney, because the excessive speed I was driving made it a criminal offense. To make matters worse, I had an unrestrained 7-year old in the back of my car, and I was also cited for that. So I had two citations to deal wi th: The criminal one (excessive speeding), and the civil one (unrestrained child). I found Mr. Ziton online, and based on Mr. Ziton's credentials on his website, I decided to hire him. What a fortunate decision! Mr. Ziton, was very courteous, and kept me updated on the status of my case. Mr. Ziton got my case changed from criminal to civil, and got the judge to agree to let me take a defensive driving course online; and once the course was completed, Mr. Ziton got my criminal case is dismissed. And once he presented proof I had a booster seat for my child, he also had that citation dismissed. Thank you, Mr. Ziton! You're the best!

So let me just say that Claudia is amazing! When this whole thing happened my family was devastated. We ended up maxing our credit lines out and spending our savings just to survive. And despite one thing after another happening to both my family and Claudia( sickness, losing people, money problems, etc etc) She was right there through it all. Easy to talk to and patient with my demanding nature. Oftentimes explaining things to me more then once in the same conversation...lol. Needless to say once covid-19 happened and having everything shutdown I thought there was no hope that we would wrap up our case in time for me and my family to not go bankrupt. I needed an attorney to handle 3 separate cases in Superior Court. I want to explain to anyone reading these reviews that you are completely wasting your money if you hire someone other than Kevin Crowley and his firm. I can honestly tell you that because unfortunately, I have done just that, several times. The other attorneys cannot hold a candle to Kevin Crowley. The reviews that you read are accurate. Kevin was awesome. I have never been treated like this by another attorney that I have hired. I have never gotten the great results either. Kevin always kept me informed. After 5 months my son finally has this ordeal behind him, and his mom and I can breathe a bit easier.
