Richard represented me and the estate for which I was the executor in a wrongful death suit. He agreed to work on my case when several other attorneys had declined either because it was a conflict of interest (they did work for the insurance company involved) or the case appeared to be too difficult . I found Richard to be conscientious, passionate, and caring. He vigorously represented my interests and I found his work to be exemplary. Richard's extensive knowledge and broad experience guided us to a reasonable settlement which I was fully satisfied with. His rate was not cheap, but one cannot expect to find good help for cheap. I feel Richard delivered good value.
