When my ex-wife unexpectedly threw a “below the belt punch” when trying to receive custody of our son, I needed a no-nonsense, professional attorney. Simply, James Cork will continue to recommend different ways to address and readdress the same matter, even when the judge has not awarded in your favor. I have realized after spending thousands of dollars, he is not working in our best interest of me, or in the interest of our family.

I am looking for representation in civil court for injunction against wrongful foreclosure. My note is not owned by company trying to foreclose multiple times. They are creating extreme stress and anxiety not to mention depression. This website this as a practice area. However was told office would n ot represent. Although did give referal but they would not either.

If I could give the Law Office of Richard Groves 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough! I was sued by Cavalry SPV on two debts by two different attorneys. I tried to represent myself on the first one but soon realized it was hopeless, the system is against those who don't know the law. I thought I could obtain all I needed from the internet. WRONG! Of course at first I was worried the fixed fee I paid Mr. Groves upfront might be money lost, but I couldn't have been more wrong! The fee was quite reasonable and the result was that BOTH cases were dismissed! Mr. Groves and his office were very easy to work with and always kept me up to date. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them in a heartbeat! If you think you can defend yourself against a debt buyer by using the internet to teach yourself how to do it, take my advice and forget it and hire Richard Groves and his team!

When I received a summons from Midland I was confused, and had know idea what to do. I decided to google Midland and try to sort out what was going on. The first thing that popped up in the search was Richard Groves. I called the number listed thinking I was calling Midland, it was after hours and no one answered so I was resolved to try again the next day. 10 minutes later Mr. Groves called me back. He explained who he was, who Midland was and what they wanted from me. I can’t express how grateful I am that I accidentally called him instead of Midland. He walked me though every step of my options. Explaining to me the whole time that I absolutely did not have to hire him and what things I would need to do if I didn’t. After taking a week to consider everything he told me, and independently researching him emailing previous clients, reading reviews, evaluating his past disciplinary actions, I took the leap and hired him. The process was smooth and easy. Every question I had was answered with in a few hours of me emailing them. I never even had to leave my house. Within 2 weeks of hiring Mr. Groves my case was settled and I walked away triumphant. I hope to never be in his situation again, but if I ever find myself in need of representation I would not hesitate to hire Mr Groves.

I hired Nora after my sibling's falsely accused me of not meeting my trustee duties. It was the hardest time of my life.
