I went into my consultation expecting to come out feeling informed, instead I felt belittled and spoked down to. She gave me a lot of attitude and basically left me just as clueless as before the consultation. I’m honestly disappointed and upset that I even had to pay 100 dollars to even speak with h er and got left with no good information. I would give zero stars if I could. I hope she figures out how to not be an arrogant know it all and actually help people with their issues

After meeting with 6 other attorneys in regards to my adjustment of status case and not feeling confident about their recommendations a friend told me about Monika Sud-Devaraj. I called to schedule an appointment and met with Monika. After receiving answers to all of my questions I knew she was the attorney I needed for my complicated case. Monika was quick to tell me what the possible outcomes could be. Best case scenario I would receive my green card. Worst-case scenario I'd be denied, she would appeal and would get me my green card. Sure enough, things weren't easy. After an intent to deny Monika used all of her knowledge and filed a motion for my case to be reconsidered and sure enough, I have my green card in hand. I would recommend Monika to anybody looking for an immigration attorney. Her confidence and knowledge helped me get through the long process. She would be in constant communication updating us on the process and reassuring my family and I that we would be ok. Worst interaction I've ever had with someone. Irena is quick to take money but slow to respond. You must work off her schedule, as she will not clear time off her schedule for you. Very dismissive and only looking after her own interests and not yours. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I was having problems getting answers from Immigration as to the reason my wife's I 130 review was taking longer than normal. I contacted Irena and had an interview in her office. During the interview Irena was very easy to talk to, listened intensely to my concerns, and then explained the path sh e was going to follow to resolve my issue with Immigration. Within three weeks the issue with Immigration was resolved and my wife received her form I 130 approval. I am now going to hire Irena to help us complete the process with the National Visa Center for the completion of my wife's IR1 visa. I was very happy with Irena's help in every aspect. I met Bruno at the parking lot of one of the detention centers in Arizona and I asked him if he could represent my family member who is currently detained. He gave me his business card and he professionally suggested that we talk on the phone later on that day to understand the case better. No surpri se, he called me back that evening, he analyzed the case with me almost an hour and the next day he called me back and said that my family member's case is done and there is nothing he can do to reverse the current removal order. He said that he didn't want to charge me for nothing if he took the case and he also didn't ask any fees for the time he spent with me. This is the lawyer anyone should work with!
