Lynn came highly recommended to me by a priest in the Traditional Catholic Faith. I had medical power of attorney for a gentleman who was in need of receiving the last sacraments of his church. He was not dying at the time. The hospital had a terrible policy in which they would not allow your clerg y in unless a person was actively dying. Lynn was able to send letters to the appropriate hospital administration personnel. In doing so, she was able get the hospital to allow the patient's priest to give him the sacraments. She also was instrumental in assisting with the Palliative Care Department which had an issue/misunderstanding in what was appropriate care for this person and how it was being handled. She is exceedingly kind, caring and compassionate and extremely knowledgeable when assisting her client's needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good lawyer. Without divulging any particulars of the case in which Stephanie has helped my adult son with, I must say that she was the best decision we could have made. When my son got in trouble, I spoke with 3 or 4 lawyers. I remember at least one measured high on the creep-factor, telling me all the lines t hat he learned from some practice management seminar. Stephanie spoke to me as a person, explained the law, and offered to meet with my son. We have known her now since about March 2011 when this all began. There was no magic bullet to get my son off. He spent a year in jail. He is almost half way done with a 2 year probation. Stephanie was always there. Always explained the options. Always gave the best advice she could. When she, the County Attorney and the judge met in chambers, the judge later told us what a good attorney we had who could argue the merits of her client, not so much because she knew the law, but because she had taken the time to know her client. She always returned our emails and calls in a very very timely manner. From the beginning there was never the uncomfortable, I don't know if you remember me, I'm calling about my son. No, she always knew who I was. She knew my son's case without looking at his file. She has always been honest. Most of all she has always cared. When I send an email about his life-status, his work, how he's doing with this or that, she genuinely cares. She may be a lawyer, but first Stephanie is a human. Stephanie is one of the best of the best attorneys I have ever hired. After getting into some trouble in tempe a few months ago, she was able to walk me through the entire process in a way that I understood. And because she is so well connected, I was able to get the best deal possible and everything removed from my record. I retained her as my lawyer for a criminal case, I gave her transcripts of conversations that would prove I was innocent but she would not show them to the prosecute. I gave her letters on my behalf and she forgot to submit them in time. She pretty much made me take a plea telling me there was no wa y I can win. She didn't want to go to trial. I took a felony plea which has ruined my life because of poor representation. I advise you to look elsewhere if you want a chance at a normal life. HORRIBLE

Several years ago I was involved in a DUI incident, for which the court wanted to give me a rather unjustifiable sentence. Like many of us, I never expected to get in trouble with the law. People don't realize how little you need to do to get in trouble with the law. As a matter of fact, we all do things unknowingly that are considered breaking the law. I was devastated when I learned that I was going to be arrested for something so minor. The city's prosecutor was ruthless. They treat people with very little dignity even for very minor cases. They demanded the highest punishment they could exact. Jared Allen came to my rescue. He explained very clearly what my options were. He improvised a strategy that would allow me to walk away with a clean record if I fulfill the court's conditions. He was very calm and composed in the court room. He fought hard to reduce any punishment they wanted to throw at me. We planned for the best case scenario and that was exactly what I got. I was able to avoid jail time. Several charges were dropped and I was left with one minor charge--a charge that was going to be dismissed after satisfying the court's conditions and paying a fine. He personally ascertained that the agreement we had with the court was clearly written on paper. Any ambiguity he found was cleared up before my signature could even be written on paper. My experience with Jared Allen and his law firm has been very positive. They are result driven and will do what it takes to protect and defend their clients. I cannot even begin to describe the gratitude I have for Jared Allen. As I am sitting here a free man looking forward to every waking moment with my family. He and Steven are an amazing legal team to have on your side. I was charged with a class 3 felony for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon wh ich carries a minimum prison sentence of 5yrs in Arizona. I did not do what I was being charged with but I made some critical mistakes in not fully cooperating and antagonizing law enforcement on the night of the incident. I was completely guilty for contempt of deputy but not for what I was being arrested and charged. Needless to say when the State refused to let the case go we went to trial. The trial took 3 horrible nerve racking weeks to get through with hours upon hours of testimony. His guidance and reassurance during the trial helped me and my family get through this trying ordeal. At the end of it all he convinced the jury I was Not Guilty. Arizona does however have what is called lesser included charges, which for this case was a class 6 felony for Disorderly Conduct with a Deadly Weapon. The lesser charge if found to be dangerous would have been a minimum of 1.75 yrs in prison. I was found Guilty for the lesser charge but since he convinced the jury it was non-dangerous it was left as an undesignated felony with 3yrs probation, which means I can work to get it reduced to a misdemeanor. See! that is how amazing he is, I know all of this now because of his commitment, knowledge and professionalism to making me understand my rights and options. Jared guided me through every phase with a full understanding of what was happening with honesty and integrity. I feel this was the best possible outcome short of a full dismissal and I have him to THANK.

I was involved in an absolute disaster of a case, where I was completely innocent. I am a 40 year old, average guy who had never been in any trouble in my life and was absolutely panicked. When two of my kids needed a lawyer, David proved to be a hero. A year ago, my college-age daughter was charged with giving alcohol to a friend who was a minor.
