Paid Emilia upfront for my wife to get a visa. I would call to get an update and never would get a call back. Very Frustrating. I finally got a letter stating I was denied (Petitioner) and I needed a waiver to proceed. When I came in to discuss my case they wanted another $800.00 to proceed to get th is "waiver". It is a one time chance to get this waiver and after doing some research and hearing what Emilia and her team were going to do. I decided it was in my best interest to hire another lawyer and glad I did. I called Emilia office staff a few times to see if I could get a partial refund since I paid in full, however, I never received a return phone call (not surprised).

I want to thank this office, and especially Arcelia. I filed my DACA in February 2017, my work permit expired in July. I never got my work permit, Arcelia did tons of service request they would always email me back to tell me I would hearing from them in 15 days never did. Went and got a copy of m y money order and Immigration cashed it on March 3, 2017. After arguing for a couple of months and showing the proof. I got my receipt in August 5, 2017, took my fingerprints and finally after my Attorney's office calling immigration and doing a total of 16 Service request I got Card last week. I was really frustrated and upset but one thing I can say is that every time I called Arcelia she would answer my call, and if she was busy she would tell me I will call you back and she did even if it was at 7 or 8 at night. Thank you very much. There was a point that I honestly thought I wasn't going to get it.

Thank you Attorney Emilia Banuelos and to Arcelia, for never giving up. My work permit was lost in transit, and after 10 months of arguing with USCIS, I got my new work permit with approval date of July 2020. I had Arcelia's cell number on speed dial and every time I called she would answer, She became such a good friend, that I even invited her to my wedding next month. Thanks for everything and soon we will be working on my residency papers.

Gabriel Leyba was my lawyer. He processed my green card under EB1 "outstanding researcher". This is my experience: He was my assigned lawyer in Pope Associates Firm. Although Pope Associates did not have experience on EB1 category, I decided to go with them since their cost was affordable to me. I ha d seen a ACS webinar (American Chemical Society) about green cards in this category; so, I had a very good idea what I needed to do. At the beginning , I was not impressed on Gabriel when he was working for Pope Associates. It seems he just didn't have time to look in details my case. USCISS needed more evidence after submitting my application in September 2012; and they gave me a deadline to resubmit my application. Around 1-2 months before the deadline, Gabriel told me he was leaving the firm. I needed to decide to stay with him or with Pope Associates. I decided to go with him simply because he knew all my case. Once he was on his own, I saw a complete change. He was really taking care of my case, and gave me good suggestions to have more evidence. He also didn't charge me more which was very nice on him. I just had to pay him the remaining money that I owed to Pope Associates. He also gave me a copy of all the documents that we submitted to the USCISS. Finally, he wrote a wonderful 10 pages letter about my case after I gave him all my information. At the end, I got the green card without any problem. Even though he didn't have experience on EB1, he did an excellent job.

Antes de contratar a Robert contrate a 3 abogados que me salieron rateros, mentirosos y finalmente abandonaron el caso dejándo me en una situación muy mal, pero dios es grande y le trajo a mi esposa este abogado faltando solamente un mes para su corte final este abogado medio cielo mal y tierra y hizo mas en en ese mes que los 3 abogados que via contratado hicieron en los 5 meses que estaban en su caso. In don't typically post reviews but Robert deserves it. I used Robert to renew my Green Card and finally he also handled my Citizenship application. I had initially gone to another attorney by simply using a Google and location search. However, my case had mitigating circumstances and was not as straight forward as most cases. Luckily, that attorney recommended Robert, who he felt was better suited to handle my case. He told me that in Arizona, Robert is regarded as being one of the best. He was not kidding. I recently had a DUI and I hired an attorney in Phoenix. I was a serious mess and the guy I hired suggested that Chad consult on the case. I hired Jeff to help me complete my citizenship application. I have a legal plan through my work and he gladly worked with them for collecting on the costs covered by the plan. I chose to pay the additional fee for him to accompany me to the interview. Jeff was very thorough. He explained everything about the process, and did a great job of helping me know what to expect when I went to the biometrics appointment; and for the interview itself. He was always very patient and happy to answer every question I had. He told me what information to gather, and filled out the paperwork, submitted it for me, and kept me informed about its progress regularly as updates came from the DHS office. Jeff was a huge help! He was able to meet with me on very short notice, and complete all paper work also on short notice to help me renew my application for my TN Status in the U.S. I think he may have even cancelled his holiday so he could get all of his work done on time. He was very personable, ea sy to talk to, and gave excellent insight into my future immigration questions. Once all paper work was complete he went over all of it with me in person and gave me tips and ideas as to how to prepare for my interview at the border crossing to make it all go smooth.
