Mr. Jamieson went above and beyond the call of duty from day one. I'm one to ask a lot of questions but he didn't mind at all. A matter of fact, he always answered my e-mails immediately. His answers were always explained so that I could understand and then some. Mr. Jamieson always would do what he said he would do. Jonathan helped me recover lost rent on a breach of contract on a rental property. The tenant left prior to the end of the contract without proper written notice, leaving the property vacant for more than half the contract length. The most helpful thing was that Jonathan clearly and simply expl ained the process by which we would recover the lost rent. He was also very realistic with the best and worst case scenario so we could make informed decisions. This was the first time I have ever engaged in suing anyone, and Jonathan was helpful to the end.

Danny i have known you for far to many years and you did not do the job that i hired you to do to protect my child or myself with legal work. As you know i'm a Spaniard, but you seemed to want to charge me far more then you did for the mexican race becasue you knew whom i was married to. Hiring Danny Ortega was a BIG MISTAKE. He abandoned my case after the case was filed in court. I had to send repeated emails to get any kind of status on my case. When he did answer, he would provide non-answers. Mr. Ortega is extremely ethically deficient in addition to having severely limit ed knowledge of Arizona law. Even though he had absolutely no experience whatsoever in my type of case, he saw $$$ signs and lied about what he could do in my case. He did absolutely nothing. I filed a complaint against Mr. Ortega with the Arizona State Bar. I had to obtain status updates about my case by emailing the judge’s assistant directly because of Mr. Ortega’s incompetence and severe lack of response. I also had to prepare my own motions for court appearances. All while Mr. Ortega supposedly represented me. I lost my case due to Mr. Ortega’s conduct and incompetence. Do not make the same mistake. Hire someone other than Danny Ortega or his protege Isaac Hernandez.

paid him 3500.00 for him to change to corporate law just before my divorce case went to court. Ended up with an attorney that knew nothing and wouldn't even speak up when addresses by the judge, I had to speak for myself! Then had the nerve to send me a prorated bill for a portion of the trial fees h e didn't show for. Best part, all he ever did was type the response I had already filed in print when adding himself to the record as my attorney. Glad to know he has switched fields again. Guess he goes with the flow. So much for helping the children, failing businesses needed him more. now that that's over, he's moved on again. No commitment. Not the name I expected to show when searching now. Not a chance!

I found him unprofessional in how he responded to me and it took extended time to get a response and many times you had to ask questions over and over to get an answer. He has technical knowledge but his communication, diligence and stsying on point for the client is very lacking. I had to stay on de adlines and manage my case. He told me information that I found untrue because it seemed he was staying informed with what was going on. What makes it worse us when I brought up my initial concern that turned into dissatisfaction and ultimately ending him representing me, he really didn't care. He seemed entitled and too busy. His responses usually ignored my unhappiness completely. I would not reccomend him unfortunately.

A member of our family was in a terrible automobile accident. After it became apparent that we would need legal help, we began consulting with attorneys. We chose to work with Jon O’Steen because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the specific complexities of our situation. As the case prog ressed, we were impressed with the way in which he handled our claim. Mr. O’Steen updated us every time there was new information and was patient with our endless barrage of questions. What I appreciated the most was that Mr. O’Steen made himself personally available to us within 24-48 hours of contact. In my experience, legal assistants are generally smart, capable professionals, however, sometimes a client needs to speak directly with their attorney. We were able to do that with Mr. O’Steen. In our search for legal help, we learned that this is not common. Mr. O’Steen was detail-oriented, strategic, communicative, experienced, well-respected by his peers (an asset to his clients), professional, honest (yes, honest) and I believe that he sincerely cares for the best interest and welfare of his clients. Based on what we understand of the industry, he is a rare find. I highly recommend working with Mr. O’Steen if you should ever need an attorney. You will not be disappointed.

The Osteen office completely failed us and destroyed our chance at justice. Especially Matt Macleod . We brought them a medical malpractice case that involved a clear never event — the kind of case that should have been strong and winnable. Instead, they dragged their feet for 18 months just to get m edical records, all while knowing there was only a two-year statute of limitations. The reason for the delay? They repeatedly put the wrong date on the record requests. Even after wasting 18 months, they still never obtained the full records we needed. I eventually had to get crucial records myself, which proved we were right all along. They failed to do the most basic work. To make matters worse, they brought in the wrong type of experts to review the case, and those experts agreed with the hospital’s altered records instead of challenging them. Since then, I’ve found additional records that the attorneys never even tried to obtain — records that clearly show the hospital was not right, and that our case was absolutely valid. Throughout the process, they gaslit me, ignored important questions, and refused to give straight answers. They even acknowledged certain problems I pointed out in the records but still wouldn’t take action against the hospital for them. In the end, they told us the case wasn’t viable — not because the facts weren’t there, but because they failed to do their job. Now my husband is terminal, and there is nothing we can do legally, because this firm intentionally stalled until the statute of limitations expired. Their negligence and lack of accountability have compounded our devastation and permanently hindered our ability to pursue justice. If you are considering this office, please think very carefully. They strung us along, mishandled vital records, ignored evidence, and ultimately ensured we could never have our day in court. In my opinion they gained more by dropping the case and working with the hospitals then they did working in our best interest and I have every intention and I'm currently working with the state bar in light of this and with these records I will be going to file criminal charges if that is possible

I called to get representation for a huge diminished value case I have a report showing the car lost over 20k in value and insurance offered me much less. If this guy won't take the time on an easy diminished value case that would take him no more then a couple of emails and he would earn over 6k I g uess he is to good for that.
