We had a letter from IRS saying we owed $247,000 on our 2012 taxes. We know we didn't because we didn't even make that amount. We asked around for a tax attorney and was given Derek Kaczmarek's name and contacted him. With all our paperwork in hand we sat down and he understood the issues and draf ted a letter to the IRS. The letter was comprehensive and outlined the issues that the IRS had with our tax return. Based on the information in the letter, the IRS reviewed our taxes and advised us that the correction was only $290. We were relieved and it would not have happened without the help of Mr. Kaczmarek and his assistant Dianne.
