- ★★★★★poor workmanship and lack of returning phone calls
anonymous · litigation ·
talked to Jason about a case and paid him for the consultation time and a response for my case. He gave me a flat rate for the case if i were to hire him for the court. Months later, after the court set up a trial date and i had some stuff from the plaintiff mailed to his office, i went back to see him, he question why i had some stuff from the plaintiff mailed to him so i told him i was going to have him represent me, but he just said there was a great chance of winning for my chance and i can handle it by myself. So at that time he had no interest of taking my case after the consultation because he believed I can win. He has really bad workmanship, if you going to give someone a flat rate for the case, you should get it done right from start to finish. And during all the time i tried to call him, either no one answered the phone or you leave a message with the front desk person about the issue, but you never receive a call back within 48 hours, it was more than a week. He finally called back because I had to call the office every day asking for me. Their office is really bad at returning calls. And one more thing, 8 out of 10 times that i called the office, no one picked up the phone and went to voicemail, but when i blocked my number before i called, someone picked it up. So you can figure it out what's going on. definitely don't hire this lawyer if you expect someone to stay on top of your issue and return your call within 24 hours.
- ★★★★★Fantastic and Simple Home Sale

I would say that my experience was very good with Wells Law and Realty. Your office was able to change what could have been and likely would have been a highly stressful situation to one where I could push it to the back of my mind having confidence it was being taken care of. I felt like all of the staff were respectful, honest, and diligent. I appreciate being given regular e-mail updates on what was happening with the property. Although there were many setbacks in the sale of my property, I was given honest and timely updates. I attribute the successful sale to the diligence your office made in getting appropriate offers and in your persistence in negotiating with the lenders. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend Wells Law and Realty to others.

Our home in the Scottsdale Los Gatos neighborhood was sold in 2012 through Short Sale. Wells Realty & Law Group represented our interests, advocated on our behalf, and were trusted advisors during the often surreal, emotionally exhausting Short Sale experience. We greatly appreciated the online pro cess and the responsiveness of the team. We highly recommend the Wells Group . Theresa & John

Wells Realty assisted us with our personal Short Sale in Glendale, AZ. At the time, Short Sales were very difficult. The banks were very difficult to work with. Wells Realty held our hand and helped us work out a smooth transaction. We appreciate their professionalism and we recommend them highly. Thank you Wells Realty for making our transaction successful.

This is wonderful news, and Michelle and I thank you and your team for assisting us with this rather daunting case. As you know, we held out as long as possible for many years with this upside mortgage, despite the 2008 worldwide economic downturn. We had been taught to fulfill our obligations and we marched along with this mantra ringing in our heads as we paid this upside down mortgage month after month — throwing good money into bad as other voices of disagreement also echoed in our heads. When we sought refinancing assistance with Bank of America, the mortgagor, they couldn't assist this customer with the problem, even after escalating the problem to their Vice President. It took an Act of God for us to stop and seek counseling on this really inverted mortgage, based on today’s property worth prices. We are thankful that in our bleakest hour, we found your firm’s information on the Internet, and the business relationship began. Thank you so much for your ethical and judicial counseling, and your calm, patient and emphatic demeanor. Please truly understand how this kindest has helped us move beyond our pride to reality. We are hoping for a better future and that our family member, for whom we originally purchased the property, will be able to move forward to eventual home ownership whenever the right time presents itself. Thank you again.
