I would like to begin with an infinite Thank You to Charles Slack Mendez for representing me so well in court and winning my case in a two day jury trial in the Superior Court of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, March 12 & 13 of 2019. I had 2 rear end truck accidents (got rear ended on my trucks) accident s 2017. The first accident was cordergly settled. The second accident of June 26, 2017 which occured on I-10 and Speedway, northbound on ramp was dragged for almost two years. It was eventually scheduled to go to trial. The court trial was Amazing. Some politics involved but overall the judge was great and impartial. The defendants' lawyers brought in an "Expert" with 30 years experience as a private investigator and was a retired 20 year Tucson policeman. Charles pinpointed that "Expert" never recovered the "Black Box" in the truck that rear ended me which was a 2009 F150 pickup rear ending my 1998 truck. It was totally awesome and fascinating to get great counsel from Mr. Slack-Mendez and a thrill to see how he strategically questioned the defendant and their counsel as well. Overall the high percentage of favor to us was a total blessing after all things considered and the the verdict was read 60%-40% in our favor. It is public record please research.

In 2006 my son got into a little trouble coming home from a Senior trip in Mexico. At first I was a little worried about my son having a court appointed attorney but when I saw Mr. Camarena in action my worries were wiped away. He got straight to the point and made sure my sons rights were fully exe rcised. What would have been a drawn out case, was short and sweet, Prosecutor requested another day in court, Instead the case was dismissed due to Mr. Camarena's aggressiveness and knowledge of the law. I was so impressed that when an unexpected event occured a couple of years later (2008) that involved my husband, there was no question who to call, unfortunately he was not available so we hired his associate Mrs. Terri Capozzi we figured if she works with Mr. Camarena then she must be just as good. so far all is well, as soon as it is all over I will post a reveiw for Mrs. Capozzi I'm confident that there will be a positive outcome.

Mr. Garvey Biggers, was the executor on my father's estate. I was not concated by him at the time of my fathers death . He has my fathers house and all contents inside. I contacted the IRS because I am his only heir and there was a bout 3000.00 dollars to collect, I called Garvey because I have k nown him for over 40 years. And ask him about the boxes he said he didn't . The next day he went to claim them witch he had no right to. So now this has to go to probate court. I have seen the will it's on note paper. With no witness no notary plus it says I was to get 10.000 dollars. I asked him for the money he said he didn't have it. Garvey is in my opinion not telling the whole story the report says he died at home his last address is Garvey's. I do not have the money to fight a lawyer in court I am on social security. But has anyone checked just how many probate cases he has had . A lot for not being a probate laywer. Do the right thing Garvey and call me back after 20 messages I left at least do what the so called will says. Pay me the money and take your name off the safe deposit boxes witch you have no right to claim. You have my address & phone DO THE RIGHT THING

I wanted to take the time to write a review to help other's make a good decision on an attorney. When the accident happened, my "thinking" was not clear. However, I did know the attorney we picked would make a big difference in a complex TBI case. We interviewed (3) PI attorneys that were highly rec ommended. With the resources the G &K Team was providing it was an easy choice. From Bob's and Chuck's finesse and Trial experience to their administrative support (Karen) we had a complete team. They are all athletes which gives them that "Don't Give Up Can Do Attitude" Bob interviewed our doctors, arrange a mock jury (which is very telling) and came prepared to our mediation meetings and depositions. He is well versed in Worker's Comp and Disability issues. We had monthly conference calls to keep the communication lines open; moreover, to make sure any new findings were encompassed into our case. Deplorable law firm. Typical, arrogant attorneys that only care about their own reputation instead of doing the right thing. I retained them to file a lawsuit against Mountain Vista medical center for leaving my mother's dead body at room temperature in the ER for over 24 hours so she bloated and we couldn't have a viewing before cremation. Christopher Zachar was very enthusiastic about taking my case but after he spoke with the mortuary owner who was witness to what happened, he decided not to proceed further because of something the mortuary did years prior that had nothing to do with my mother's case. He was worried that his reputation would be tarnished for "having her as his star witness". I was a legal assistant for 20 years and got to work with a lot of self centered attorneys just like Christopher so I honestly wasn't surprised. There are plenty of personal injury and wrongful death attorneys out there. I would suggest not retaining anyone from the Zachar law firm

Very disappointed of the outcome of my case. He collected his six figure check and after that (in my opinion) he didn’t try to reduce my liens that were in the six figures, wasn’t sympathetic and if they were it was fake. He reduced his fee but then charged other fees that almost were half of what he “reduced fees”. He stated he wouldn’t take more then me. That’s not true, he walked away with more then I did. The ZLF team will be all nice until they collect the check then leave you on the side of the road like an abounded orphan kid. This is all my opinion and how they made me feel after the case was over. I wish I would have looked at the other reviews before using this firm. They can control the reviews on majority of their Social Media platforms. He also stated “lawyers out in Arizona can do whatever they want as they aren’t monitored. It’s like the Wild West” as he stated on a phone call. Keep your options open for a personal injury attorney.
