Our artist's cooperative was having difficulty working with our landlord. The landlord wouldn't work with us to improve several safety issues associated with the retail site. We hired Ms. Pheasant to give us legal advice on how we might proceed with severing our ties with the landlord. Her legal advi ce was concise and spot on. We followed her advice, drafted our letter, submitted it to our landlord and reached a resolution that was palatable to both parties.
