My brother passed away 2 1/2 years ago. He had a Will and a Personal Representative to oversee the distribution of his estate. Upon his passing his PR suddenly lawyered up and cut all communications with myself and younger brother we are both heir’s as is the PR. I hired Robert for last minute help, dealing with unscrupulous lawyers on opposing side of my probate litigation case. I was writing a Statement and Robert accepted the task of helping me edit it before filing it with the court. In the end, Robert stepped in and negotiated with the opposing lawyers f or me, a task I did not want to do. Probate, in and of itself, is emotionally draining.
