Ashley was definitely a god send. I was involved in a very tumultuous divorce. I had a TPO on my ex at the time I found Ashley through another attorney. I was at my wits end and in very dire financial crisis, as I was a stay at home wife and had been cut off from the marital bank account. Ashley was able to work out a payment plan which suited the both of us. She helped me to understand the divorce process with every motion that was filed and helped me to keep a level head during the times it seemed like all my ex wanted to do was break me. With her guidance and calm, sweet, no nonsense demeanor I felt equipped to handle whatever was thrown my way. In the end she was able to help me stay out of court and get a fair settlement. Ashley has been with me since my divorce started. This was a divorce I thought would go smoothly for the benefit of our kids. I was very wrong about that!. This divorce has involved some of the most difficult times of my life that were compounded by an ex spouse intent on doing everything she cou ld to fight and attack. "Mostly attack." Approaching one year after the divorce I found myself once again on the defense from another attack that lead to us going to court. Ashley had to go up against a very aggressively mounted offense from my ex who hired a high end attorney. Ashley proved herself in court on that day in a BIG way. She went head to against this other attorney and a vindictive angry ex who had spent a great deal of time and effort to attack me including a few things that were a surprise to us in court. Despite everything, Ashley beat them on their own terms. She has brains, self confidence and wow when it got tough she handled herself in court under very intense conditions like a pro. I was shaking through the entire afternoon but she was totally calm, cool and collected. She had to mount a defense on the spot to counter all the things that were happening and between that and her prep we won! I was more than impressed! As I drove away from court I sent her a text and it just said, "I am so grateful for you," If you need a great attorney and a wonderful person to work with I highly recommend this attorney. Hopefully things will go smoothly for you but if it doesn't, you will have some power in your corner.
