- ★★★★★Professional Board questioning CEUs
anonymous · government law ·
Matt was quick to respond to a last minute request for a response regarding possible disciplinary action from the board regarding CEUs. He was able yo get the case dismissed. So thankful for his representation. Highly recommend!
- ★★★★★Compassion and Communicator
anonymous · government law ·
Receiving dreaded email from DORA, my heart sunk! I immediately contacted Matt. He listened, expressed compassion, was on top of things, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I was so relieved to receive the good news that the complaint against me was dismissed. Matt was a godsend!
- ★★★★★Saved my license!
anonymous · criminal defense ·
At the end of a bitter divorce, a loud altercation between my ex-husband and I landed me in trouble. I was now a single mom with a charge, and my healthcare license in jeopardy. Matthew went to bat for me against the board and regulatory agency. At the end, the complaint against my license was dropp ed completely! Thank you! Months of stress vanished! Forever grateful
- ★★★★★Insightful Advisor
anonymous · criminal defense ·
Charged for a crime, DA ultimately dismissed case. Matt talked me down, effectively counseled, and provided calming insight throughout the duration. Matt communicated frequently during the course. Once DA provided a verbal that the charges were dropped, Matt tenaciously (but politely) pressed the court system to officially dismiss and seal the case. I hope never to land in such a predicament again, but I would immediately consult Matt first for any unforeseen legal entanglements.
- ★★★★★Professional, Board Practice Act Knowledgeable, Conscise
Trixie Porter BSN, RN · government law ·
When I had an anonymous complaint against my license (and not even practicing at the time!) that was based on personal social media posts and not my actual practice, Matthew Hand, was highly professional. He is knowledgeable about the BON practice acts and about the process of the board investigatio ns. He was able to lay to rest the unconfounded allegations by someone who was not courageous and attempting to put my license at risk under unconfounded accusations. Thank you Matthew for an excellent, patient, and thorough representation!

- ★★★★★Professional, Strategic, and Highly Effective Employment Attorney
anonymous · employment law ·
I hired Ben Wick to represent me in a wrongful termination matter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. From the beginning, Ben was thoughtful, strategic, and very knowledgeable about Colorado employment law. He took the time to explain the strengths and weaknesses of the case and always gave honest, practical advice about the best path forward. Throughout the process, he was responsive, professional, and calm under pressure. He handled negotiations effectively and ultimately helped bring the matter to a fair resolution. What I appreciated most was his balance of legal expertise and realistic guidance — he never overpromised, but he worked hard to advocate for my interests. If you are looking for an employment attorney who is experienced, professional, and genuinely invested in helping his clients navigate a difficult situation, I highly recommend Ben.
- ★★★★★Highly recommended law firm
Jim · employment law ·
Ben expertly guided and represented me through a complicated and personally risky legal action against the federal government. The result was better than I ever hoped. He is calm, highly knowledgeable about federal employment law and a great guy. Highly recommend Ben.
- ★★★★★Read This If You Feel Lost Trying to Find an Attorney
Ken · employment law ·
So glad I hired Mr. Wick’s legal team. This was a complex federal discrimination case against the US Government in which I self-represented the first 5 years. This legal counsel was able to defeat most tricks and tactics used by the government attorneys to end my case before trial. Mr. Wick’s team u ltimately won my case at summary judgment resulting in recovery of lost pay, damages and attorney fees. I feel very lucky that I met Mr. Wick’s team and they handled my case since two other very prominent legal firms had previously declined my case stating I had very little chance of prevailing a bench (non-jury) trial that I pursued..
- ★★★★★Desired outcome achieved
anonymous · employment law ·
Ben is very knowledgeable about Federal employment law and brought a lot of experience to bear in my case. I was facing discrimination, harassment and retaliation, the latter a finding also determined by the agency (although the report confirming retaliation was gratuitous since we had chosen the li tigation path). Ben provided sound advice every step of the way. Although the whole work environment created by my boss was toxic, Ben and Holly helped me focus on the key instances and behaviors that would contribute to a successful outcome of the EEO case, thus being more efficient with my money. Ben negotiated a favorable settlement for me.
