  • ★★★★★Professional Board questioning CEUs

    anonymous · government law ·

Matt was quick to respond to a last minute request for a response regarding possible disciplinary action from the board regarding CEUs. He was able yo get the case dismissed. So thankful for his representation. Highly recommend!

  • ★★★★★Compassion and Communicator

    anonymous · government law ·

Receiving dreaded email from DORA, my heart sunk! I immediately contacted Matt. He listened, expressed compassion, was on top of things, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I was so relieved to receive the good news that the complaint against me was dismissed. Matt was a godsend!

  • ★★★★★Saved my license!

    anonymous · criminal defense ·

At the end of a bitter divorce, a loud altercation between my ex-husband and I landed me in trouble. I was now a single mom with a charge, and my healthcare license in jeopardy. Matthew went to bat for me against the board and regulatory agency. At the end, the complaint against my license was dropp ed completely! Thank you! Months of stress vanished! Forever grateful

  • ★★★★★Insightful Advisor

    anonymous · criminal defense ·

Charged for a crime, DA ultimately dismissed case. Matt talked me down, effectively counseled, and provided calming insight throughout the duration. Matt communicated frequently during the course. Once DA provided a verbal that the charges were dropped, Matt tenaciously (but politely) pressed the court system to officially dismiss and seal the case. I hope never to land in such a predicament again, but I would immediately consult Matt first for any unforeseen legal entanglements.

  • ★★★★★Professional, Board Practice Act Knowledgeable, Conscise

Trixie Porter BSN, RN · government law ·

When I had an anonymous complaint against my license (and not even practicing at the time!) that was based on personal social media posts and not my actual practice, Matthew Hand, was highly professional. He is knowledgeable about the BON practice acts and about the process of the board investigatio ns. He was able to lay to rest the unconfounded allegations by someone who was not courageous and attempting to put my license at risk under unconfounded accusations. Thank you Matthew for an excellent, patient, and thorough representation!
