My 85-year-old mother was getting the runaround from a debtor and knew she had to sue. She didn't want to put a lot of money into it and started doing it herself, then asked me to look into it. What a relief that Jim could file for summary judgment and get her a settlement that was more than she was prepared for and paid out quickly.
