Case: DHS founded finding appeal. Result: The finding was overturned. John won the case. I had an appeal of a DHS founded finding and John represented me after I consulted him. Over the course of several months John and I were in frequent communication about the case. This communication was in the form of phone calls and meetings in his office. As this was my preference with communicating. We were able to plan our approach to the Attorney General and work towards overturning the DHS finding. The appeal was successful and as result the findings overturned. John is highly versed with appeals. During his career he exposed biased determinations made by DHS. He explained the intimidation tactics often used by the government leading up to these hearings and assured me, he would be able to effectively litigate our case. I highly recommend John.
