I was wrongly charged with domestic violence when I was the victim but, because I did not call to report an incident, the police believed the fabricated lie. I was arrested and forced to go through the most embarrassing process I have ever experienced in my life, all the while, feeling like a crimina l when I didn’t do anything wrong. After I posted bail, I new I needed help with this fight and began looking for defense attorneys, which was when I found Mike. When I met with Mike and broke down the whole story, he thought it was a great case to take all the way to trial. He was very honest and let me know that the DA will try to ‘sweeten’ the plea deal, at every disposition. He said there is a good chance the charges would get dropped before trial but, it could take all summer and may not be dismissed until an hour before trial. He told me to prepare myself and expect it to go to trial. We were all set for trial and Mike couldn’t wait for his opportunity to cross examine. Just before trial, he made one last attempt to get the DA to look at all the evidence. Finally, the DA listened and the evidence that Mike presented, was enough to dismiss the case. Just as he prepared me for what to expect, the case was dropped an hour before trial. Although the whole situation cost me a lot of money, time, embarrassment, heartache, etc... I couldn’t have done it without Mike. He was always available when I had questions or needed to run something by him. His price is much more appealing than several of the others that I had tried calling. Overall, Mike Boyce is a true professional, very candid, and someone you can trust!

I hired Ben LaBranche as soon as I was aware charges were filled against me. He was amazing from the start!! He let me go on a payment plan to cover his fees, that was extremely helpful!! Also, the consultation was free!! For my DWI charges, he did everything in his power to win my case!! We went t o trial, he was amazing!!
