I was facing felony assault charges for an altercation I got into and needed an attorney. It was self defense but the DA was not seeing it that way. I hired Colleen after I was accused on some charges by my ex's ex, Colleen took the case right away and her office immediately started digging into it. She worked effortlessly on my case for a couple months until we took a plea deal to lesser charges. without Colleen I would have lost my healthcare l icense. I struggled to find representation and direct answers regarding my case for over a month. Jonathan was very helpful with me and my girlfriends identity theft issue even though there wasn't much he could personally do Jonathan made sure to be very direct and upfront about what moves we should make, as well as who we should contact for further help. Kevin was fantastic as far as dealing with a DUI is concerned. I started the process confused, worried and assuming the worst, I knew the odds of what I was dealing with and had mentally prepared myself for all the misery involved. With Kevin’s help we managed to plead me down to DWI (which consideri ng the BAC the DA was arguing with I assumed was an impossibility) and I was able to keep my liscence and avoid jail time (again I assumed that’s what was happening). All in the process sucks and I didn’t get off the hook scot-free but because of Kevin I think things worked out the best they could have and definitely better than I’d hoped.
