I had interviewed several attorney's and when I met with Kristi I knew I wanted her to represent me. She spoke with confidence about my Prenuptial agreement in that it was valid and defensible. Kristi works with opposing counsel to find solutions however, by all accounts my divorce was complex and wi th high-conflict. We were able to establish a parenting plan through the use of mediation which was a great accomplishment. However, we did end up in court over finances and assets where the Prenuptial agreement was upheld and Kristi was skillful and sharp. I am a male and can say that I received an very fair ruling from the court. One that will allow me to pick up the pieces and rebuild from a very painful experience. Conference calls and meetings were always on topic and lasted only as long as they needed to. Kristi has great advice and lets you know she is in your corner and has your best interests in mind.

Kristi responded promptly and thoroughly responded to all of my questions and concerns. She was straightforward on the laws and what to expect throughout the divorce process. Kristi worked on my unconventional divorce. She was prompt and professional. She helped to draft the divorce the way I wanted it. She was respectful to my now ex-husband.
