If you are considering hiring Reid DeChant, do it. I spoke with several attorneys before hiring Reid, and I'm very glad that I decided to go with him. He was 100% on top of his game - always available to talk, text, email....always filling me in on every single possibility, outcome, and the probabili ty of what would happen. He was spot on. My sentence was reduced, and I got minimums across the board. I could not have been happier. Reid will truly dig into all the details of your case and will fight hard for what is just. I wasn't expecting a dismissal of my case, because I truly made a mistake and expected some sort of repercussion from it, and within 90 days of the incident, this entire emotional process was done and over with. A bit of background...I refused BAC testing when this incident happened, and therefore forfeited my license for a temporary license until this hearing. I fully expected to lose this trial, as 99% of people do - and was going to have to have my license fully revoked for at least 2 months before getting an interlock device in my car for the next 2 years. Along with that comes a laundry list of additional payments, costs, fees, hassles, needing expensive SR-22 insurance, etc. Just an absolute pain all around. Well, Reid DeChant WON my trial!!! Now, I simply have to go to the DMV and get my normal driver's license back! My wife and I are absolutely ecstatic and are just so thankful and grateful for the job that Reid did for me....for us. We could not have hired a better attorney for this whole ordeal. Reid is worth every cent that he charges, and he really works hard for you. Do not hesitate to hire this man.
