Sahar and her team were amazing to work with on my divorce case this last year. Sahar was incredibly prompt, professional and communicative throughout the entire divorce process. At our initial consultation it was evident that she had extensive knowledge in divorce law, which led to my decision in retaining her services, as opposed to several alternate law firms I had consulted with. She was extremely informative regarding what I was entitled to by Colorado law regarding my marital estate, retirement, and maintenance support. She made sure that I was well educated and understood what the state of Colorado determined as 50/50 related to my divorce case. She let me know that if I desired, she would fight for the maximum amount of maintenance support per month, and she would fight for far more of our shared marital estate. She also included a life insurance policy (to be paid by ex partner) in the decree that ensured full payout to me in the event my ex partner passed away unexpectedly. She acquainted me with a Qualified Domestic Relations Orders attorney to handle the division of retirement assets between both parties, and remained present/accessible throughout that specific portion of my case as well.
