What an absolute pleasure it was to have found these folks. They were so helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and made the process of our eviction less painful and financially devastating than it already was. We were reassured weekly, sometimes daily on the status of our case and I was always able to speak to one of the 4 lawyers that were assigned to our case when I called. I was very upset about a deposit not returned by a company. I knew they were wrong but not sure what laws they had broken to take them to court. Matthew was very comforting. I was put into contact with Matthew Athey in regards to needing a lease agreement so I could feel comfortable moving someone into my house to rent a spare bedroom. Matthew was quick, attentive, and timely in his work. He provided me with a lease agreement in which I was able to revise in my own best interest as well as review with him to ensure that everything was legal and binding before having to present to the tenant for a signature. 10/10 would use again as well as recommend his services.
