Mr. Hubicki had a major stroke at the end of July 2024. He could not speak for a couple of months. He is in the process of rehabilitation and hopes to return to his practice soon.

I hired Mr. Hubicki to handle my divorce case this year. I had tried to handle the case myself, but I am so glad I decided to hire him. Even though I had a prenup, my wife was demanding everything from me. I didn't have the money for a long court battle and my wife was trying to make me pay for her legal fees as well. There were some problems with the prenup and Mr. Hubicki made motions that were successful in clearing up the holes. He appeared with me at a pretrial settlement conference. He did all the talking and convinced the mediators to recommend a very favorable outcome for me. It was such a relief to have him and it took all the pressure off me.
